Otao Kitchen Cooking School

Our team had such a lovely evening at our Thai cooking class with Anan. The dishes we prepared were all delicious and the steps easy to follow. Everything was really well organised and well communicated in advance, a great time!

We've used Otao Kitchen for two work social events now - one making dumplings and the other a Vietnamese cooking class, and both were excellent.

Great fun, high energy, inclusive, an the food that resulted was delicious.

Not only did we enjoy the entire session, great kitchen, great technic and learning experience, we actually made a great and edible meal of Dumplings.
The kitchen class room was well laid out, the large screen for additional viewing was a good assist instead of having a recipe on the bench or looking at a mobile screen.
The instruction came at a good pace so there was no boredom time and yet there was no rush either. It didn't make a difference whether one was proficient in the kitchen or not it just seem to be at your pace. Thank you to Ang for his guidance and instructions.
Definitely looking to come back and try something else.

My husband and I attended the Japanese cooking masterclass and it did not disappoint! It was interactive, educational and above all else fun! They were able to accommodate dietary requirements without any fuss and made sure we were taken care of without feeling left out. The food was delicious and would Definetly recommend to anyone wanting to try something new and learn to cook while having fun. Thank you Ha & team!

This was an excellent cooking class. Loved every minute. I went by myself and met others and had fun. The teacher was fabulous and we made so many dishes with lots to take home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to expand their cooking skills and have fun doing it.

Oh my goodness! We had the best mother's day ever at Otao Kitchen participating in the dumpling party. Anun was absolutely amazing, so funny, patient and an excellent teacher. The class catered to our vegetarian/vegan dietary requirements and it was such a warm and fun environment. Well worth the money and long drive to get there. Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know and will definitely be back for another cooking class! So blown away by this great experience!

I was gifted a gift voucher to participate in a cooking class making Dim Sum.
I turned up by myself and was made to feel super welcome and learnt so many new skills and enjoyed the learning process.
It was fun, and so tasty and i felt super proud of my Dim Sum, washing it down with a beer was perfect. I highly recommend these classes, young or old, with a friend or by yourself.

We had an amazing evening learning to cook Vietnamese Food with Chef Nguyen at Otao Kitchens. A spacious venue, easy to get to and park, the food and wine were delicious and overall lots of fun. Highly recommended.

Participated in the Vietnamese Cooking Class a few weekends back, as a birthday present. Loved the class, the teacher was very helpful and we cooked a number of delicious dishes (spring rolls, pho, fried fish, vietnamese salad). The food we cooked/ate was plentiful and I had some to take home after. I note you work in pairs throughout the experience.

I received a Vietnamese Cooking class for two people from my family for Mothers Day. I took my best friend along. We had the best time the tutor was fabulous and made us relaxed, he gave us confidence to cook these recipes at home. The food we learnt how to make was delicious. What a fantastic place so many other cuisines classes on offer. I'd love to do a class with my sons also. The cleanliness and presentation of this venue is top notch and great value for money. Thoroughly recommend. Thankyou.

Thai Masterclass with Dylan was fantastic!
The room was spacious well appointed, clean and visually appealing.
All ingredients were so fresh and the afternoon was well timed but not rushed in order to complete all the dishes. Dylan was friendly, focussed, & extremely knowledgeable with the Thai cuisine. Thank you for a wonderful cooking class!

Fantastic experience. I felt a real sense of achievement from creating very tasty dumplings from scratch! The facility is exceptional & everything is provided. The chef gave easy to follow instructions & was ready to answer questions at any moment. I highly recommend this experience.

My husband and I had the best time participating in the Japanese cooking class! Went for 3 hours and we made sushi, miso soup, seaweed salad and tempura prawns and veggies. Highly recommend to all!
