For some 18 months of dealing with staff at OAM they have been great and incredibly helpful - today however, what a different story. Appreciate that many of the staff are volunteers however, no excuse for not listening to my query before suggesting that I contact my stoma nurse.
My name is Robert and my membership number is 51348. I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service you provide. I placed an order and received delivery of it within 48 hours. As a member, I'm always mindful that the services you provide are mostly performed by volunteers who give so much of their time fulfilling my needs.

Outstanding not for profit organisation that do great work for people. Professionally run with outstanding people involved. I urge people to support them in any way possible whether its through volunteering or better still through making donations.
