Saw Dr. Ronnie Yap and he was a massive help with my return to work after a back injury. Would reccomend even to those not living out west.

First time going to an Osteo as I had ongoing neck tightness/aches. Booked in to see Jeremy and he was professional, thorough and fixed my issues! He went above and beyond by performing dry needling in the first session as he knew how tight and tense by upper body was. That ONE appointment worked wonders and now I only go back for maintenance as required. Highly recommend this clinic and will not look elsewhere!

They are very professsional and yet friendly and approachable. My aunty and uncle have tried other places that did nothing for them. I have visited both Ronnie and Jeremy at OsteoWest multiple times now. I can honestly say their approach to Osteopath treatment is very effective. They attend to the problem upfront and don't drag out treatments like other practises. I visited another clinic for years which would need multiple treatments to fix a sore back. These boys provide the right advice and treatment. I come here regularly to get my body adjusted, mainly with Jeremy. Given that I sit at a desk most of the time, the adjustment assists with good posture and less tension. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

I came to see Jeremy at OsteoWest Health & Sports Clinic St Albans due to a problem I had with my feet in April 2019. Shortly after the initial diagnostic, Jeremy confirmed that I have plantar fasciitis which caused the pain at the back and underneath my heels after I had a work out or dancing class. After a few visits, Jeremy performed a number of different treatments for both my feet and my lower back pain (as they are related issues), i.e. Massaging, dry needling, electro-stimulation, banding and ultrasound massage, my condition has improve greatly. I have had experience with dry needling and electro-stimulation in the past but this was the first time I have experience with ultrasound massage and my feet responded very well with this treatment method. Apart from the treatment Jeremy also offered advice on things I can do at home/office to help with reducing the frequency and severity of the problem. I now visit Jeremy on monthly basic to keep my feet maintained in optimal condition so I can enjoy my active lifestyle and my dancing classes.

I have chronic back pain that interferes with my daily life. Ronnie helped me greatly by treating me with dry needling and deep tissue massages, he also gave me some stretches to do at home to reduce the pain. After every session, I feel great relief and those stretches help me cope with my daily pain that I found myself not having to go see a physio every week. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Have been seeing Ronnie for about 6 months now and i have nothing but praises. When i first saw him i could not walk properly due to hip issues and my back and neck were so sore i could not sit without feeling uncomfortable. With 3 treatment sessions felt a massive difference in my pain levels and my posture. Now i am able to walk comfortably with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend Ronnie he is very patient and genuinely cares for his clients.

I suffered from severe neck and arm pain due to a pinched nerve in my spine from a minor injury. After multiple scans seeing so many doctors they could only prescribe me with pain meds and said it would go away over time. I spoke with Jeremy and he recommended I come see him for a prognosis. Jeremy outlined the issue I was having and began treating me with dry needling and some deep tissue massages. He showed me different types of stretched I should be doing at home to help with the recovery process. Since then pain has subsided and practically disappeared after a couple of weeks. I've never felt physically better! I could not recommend the staff at Osteowest enough, their professionalism and knowledge is extremely commendable. I have been going back for regular appointments since. Thanks guys and keep up the awesome work!

Booked an appointment on 6/11/2017 due to neck pain. Was greeted by Jeremy Ko who was very professional and down to earth. Was treated with some deep tissue massage and dry needling, the pain has subsided since. Felt very safe under his care and could not recommend the staff at osteowest any more highly.
