9Don't let a few not so great reviews put you off. Oskar knows his craft and does it at more then reasonable pricing. I had a dress altered 4 sizes down and it was a perfect fit when he was done with it

Unprofessional and disappointed. A dress I took in didn’t even get altered. I was called one hour before I was told it would be ready, and told to come try it on again for them. I already had done this when I dropped it off. I was assured it would be ready to be collected when I tried it on.
On top of that, my dress was left slightly damaged with a pulled thread and also pinned marks on it. I expect more care with a $150 dress that only required very minor alterations.
Oskar and his team are amazing! Always great quality alterations at a great price. Have been going for years and will continue to do so!
Worst business ever! Poor quality clothing alterations and their dry cleaning ruined my beautiful brand new blazer. When I asked about the blazer, they blamed the fabric and didn't do anything to rectify the damage. Don't go if you care about your clothes!

Disgusting Business! Took a white dress with 2 mark which were both there when i picked it up. When pointing it out to the owner his response was "its not my problem" when I took the dress in I pointed them out to his wife who he started speaking to in Russian however she was just telling him that she was going to the supermarket to get lemon chicken for dinner. I again said i was disappointed that they would charge me for a garment that was not cleaned. Again his response was "its not my problem" When I asked if it was his problem that i will not be bringing him my business again he made it very clear that he did not care. Overall disgusted!
Don't worry about the occasionally gruff manner, the quality of work is always outstanding and i won't go anywhere else. The team takes great care but don't overcharge and always does it within a couple of days.
