I had amazing customer service from Winnie, Fifi and the shop manager. They are very professional and recommended products that suited my needs, I was very happy with the product that I purchased. I would highly recommend others to come and would give the store a 10/10 for their fantastic customer service and knowledge of products

Vinny from the OSIM Box Hill was very patient and professional with queries from my elderly mum. We compared all the models and ended up getting the flagship Udream Pro for its many features and functions (so easy to fall asleep in this chair). Post purchase, delivery went smoothly and the after care was also excellent as Vinny assisted us with another session in store on how to use the many functions properly. Parents now happily use the chair daily.

Google star rating is fake, customer get give extra year warranty when they purchase from them if you give them 5 star review.
Do your research on this company as you will find they have no customer service.
I ordered a seat after 4 weeks was told sorry we lost your order.
Then they tried to get me to sign waver if seat was damaged while delivered.
I am still trying to get my $12000 back.
Can't talk to any other than email.

I bought an Osim massage chair from the Boxhill store and it was delivered by Eric. The delivery process was utterly terrible, they came late, scratched my floors in the process and didn't even set up the chair properly. Very much regret purchasing this given how terrible the post service was. I repeat, it is not worth purchasing this very expensive chair if the after service is terrible and they scratch your floors.

Fay provided excellent service and knowledge on the product and was very patient with us. Would definitely come back!

Excellent service, the service department was easy to contact online. Wilson, the service person, was punctual in both visits. Very polite and efficient. He knew what he was doing. More importantly, he was very tidy and clean, especially considering the pandemic that we are currently experiencing. The OSIM chair is working as new. Big thank you.
