Have delt with the previous owners for over 20 years.to my disappointment the new owners are rude, obnoxious and surprisingly aggressive.running a business requires people skills.sadly their out of stock of this.

A few months or years after customer service died, I went to Bayside Timber & Truss to get just one plank.
1 plank that was not available anywhere else mind you and 1 plank that had to be cut to size and delivered.
Was it an expensive plank?
On the contrary.
It was just 1 plank.
Yet, the trouble Bayside Timber & Truss went to to get me the perfect piece of wood, made the experience positive and memorable.
If they were so good for just 1 plank imagine what they would have done if you wanted 1000 planks!
Cannot recommend highly enough for the greatest range and the most brilliant attitude.

I now exclusively source my timber from Osheas and have them deliver directly to me bi weekly. Extremely please with the customer service and highly recommend Osheas.

I was very intimidated about taking my dog in the store. Moreover I was just a do it yourself kind of a guy, not those big shot contractors. But to my surprise the tables where totally turned over. The sales staff was super attentive on aiding me with the purchase & he was really dog friendly.

Would I go to osheastimber?
