I felt very comfortable and the optometrist was excellent, extremely professional and they fixed my reading glasses I purchased last year, no charge.

My optometrist Kate was awesome, super knowledgeable and in depth. They had a great range of glasses and sunglasses and I had some great help choosing the right pairs for me. Definitely would recommend the Northland Preston store!

Really easy. Only a 15 minute wait for the (walk-in) eye test. Optometrist was lovely and the whole process was stress-free.

The staff at Oscar Wylee Northland are excellent.
I had a pair of glasses made that weren’t quite right for me.
I went into the store to see what could be done. The friendly staff couldn’t do enough to help. Eventually I was referred to the manager, Julie. She was exceptional in the lengths to which she went to achieve a satisfactory outcome for me. Her thoroughness and professionalism are to be commended. She well and truly exceeded my expectations. I now have 2 quality pairs of office glasses.
