I really enjoyed the service provided and Paul was so lovely and explained everything so well.

I have had a wonderful experience here. It was easy to book an appointment with the optometrist, who was extremely helpful. The eye test was quick, thorough and highly effective. There is a wide choice of frames, each with an outstanding design. I have received my glasses now, and the prescription is perfect, making it so much easier to see. I am very satisfied.

Like every time I need to see an optometrist everyone is always so professional and helpful. The smiles that greet me upon entry are always appreciated and the staff go above and beyond with friendliness, approachability and respect.
This stands out in today’s world!
I would like to say that they all deserve a promotion. (this is the store at Westfield, Southland in Cheltenham)
I will be back and I tell everyone I know whom wears spectacles that Oscar ^Whlee kicks _ over Specsavers!
Worst customer service ever!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and experience at Oscar Wylee. This is the second time that I have been for an eye test and new glasses at the store in Southland, and the staff are always professional and friendly, and the technology and facilities absolutely brilliant. A very smooth, easy experience all round.

Very happy with the testing. Very thorough and I felt that I received excellent customer service. Everything was explained to me and that's the most important thing when someone examines the eyes.

Lovely staff. Jim the locum optometrist was great. Very informative and thorough. Range of glasses were brilliant and the costs uncomplicated and transparent. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into purchasing most expensive products. I usually go to Specsavers but just felt I was less rushed, less hassled, I didn't have to wait at all, and it was just a nicer chilled experience all round at Oscar Wylee, Southland. Thank you. Can't wait to pick up my glasses!

Paul was very friendly and professional. The lady who helped me yesterday was also very friendly and helped a lot fixing my glasses.

I went to Oscar Wylee for the first time and had a amazing experience would highlighly recommend visiting awesome range staff are extremely helpful and price are very reasonable

Noticed my vision wasn't quite as good as normal, so I booked in for the optometrist. Easy to get an appointment, even after work. Was all bulk billed, so no cost for the check up, and the glasses were very economical. I spent only $60 to get some perscription glasses and sunnies. Staff are all friendly and professional. Store is clean. Glasses range is extensive, and all Oscar Wylee brand - so no temptation to spend too much on other brand names. Definitely will come back here for next year's annual health check.

One of the best optometrist service I have ever experienced. The staff at the front are extremely efficient, patient and dedicated. I saw 2 optometrist here and both were caring, knowledgeable and went well beyond my expectations, could not recommend them highly enough.

The service at Oscar Wylee has been exceptional and I would highly recommend the services of the Southland store. My optometrist Emily was diligent, knowledgeable and friendly. Neha was exceptional in her customer service and knowledge of eye wear. Overall I was extremely happy with the services offered.

Everyone was super nice from the moment I walked into the store, but it was Elise in particular who made my experience exceptional! Not only was she super kind and patient, but she has a keen eye for what looks good and put in a lot of effort to find me a style of glasses that suit me well.

I’ve been going to Oscar Wylee Southland for the last 3 years and will keep going back. The team there (special shout out to Dr Paul and Elise - as they have helped me each time I’ve been there) are truly exceptional. The service there is amazing! And the products there are the comfiest glasses I’ve ever worn!
