Orthotics Plus Malvern

I brought my four year old here to have a cast put on her broken leg. Doctor Kate was fantastic! Very speedy, very cheerful and very empathetic, totally put my four year old at ease. Also, grrrrreat selection of toys in the waiting room!

Kate was so helpful in our emergency run to have my 87 yr old mum with a fractured patells, fitted with a fuctional imobility aide. Thanks Kate for going over and above.

Very friendly and experienced staff, went in with a serious foot injury and they were highly knowledgeable and helped me to get fitted into a moon boot. The moon fit so much better then the one I had and has made it so much more comfortable. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars was the price. I payed 150 dollars more than the cost of the boot for a 15 minute fitting and the fact that I didn’t get options to choose from

Excellent service for fitting an aircast due to ankle ligament injury.
This practice had a variety of 'moon boots', and Andy took the time to show me the different styles, with the 'aircast' as opposed to 'Cam Boot' being the best. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns without hurrying. Worth the 40 minute drive to attend this practice.

Kate quickly gave us options both basic and top of the line focussing on affordability rather than trying to sell the most expensive thing! She knows her stuff! 2nd time I have seen her and would definitely recommend her

I felt so welcomed the moment I walked in the door and Kate was just brilliant - professional, personable and so knowledgable and I left feeling a whole lot better than when I arrived!

Had an absolute fantastic experience. Kate was a very attentive professional who was clear about pros and cons of the brace I got, as well as setting realistic expectations. She has great knowledge and experience and I’d highly recommend her. The brace is excellent quality and is helping me to be more mobile and have less pain as I await surgery. Can’t thank her enough!
