I have been going to Orthotic Motion for a number of years now, the staff are always friendly and I never have to wait to long when I'm there. Luke is fantastic always goes above and beyond. Thanks for all you do for me you make my life so much easier. Special thanks to Rob also you guys Rock

Excellent service work done is all in house so done in a timely manner, modifications done while your there and plenty of time given for the visit.
Would highly recommend.

Over the last 5 years I have had dealt with nothing but frustration, unprofessionalism, pain and rudeness. I required orthotics for my feet so I can go deal with day to day life. Luke D'Orsa was my practitioner and I had gone back numerous of times to fix my orthotics, in this period I had been living in absolute pain and made my condition worse, as the orthotics was either too angled, too high, too hard or just straight out not right. I did't see Luke for a good while cos I never wanted to return just to the insole being unconfortable and his attuded and when I went back he told me that he would arrange for me to get shoe custom made shoe and when I did return he asked for me to do all the chasing up and to deal with my third party who was paying for my orthotics, as a customer that is not my responsibility and simply was neglecting part on Luke's behalf.
Recently, I confronted Luke with the finding of information that the new shoes he had finally presented to me was $400 each, however online it was $279, when I confronted Luke about this he told me I was abusive and was not welcome back, I was absolutely appalled and disgraced in being accused of such an act and after being a loyal customer of 5 years and being patient with his mistakes, rudeness and demeaning attitude I had enough.
After this accusation he also refused me runners which were on hold for me at a discounted prices due to his mistakes and would not wait two weeks for me to get funds to pay for them. As a professional and owner of a business he should know better than to treat customers wrong especially when they have been patient with his carelessness.
All I did was bring up a simple concern of prices, if this shows him up lying than it should not be conflicted onto a paying customer.
I had no intentions of returning after my last visit but after 5 years of pain and discomfort and I thought I would give him a last chance to redeem himself.
