Friendly, clean & a nice atmosphere. Loved the playroom, stickers on the walls, artwork etc.

Cannot speak more highly of the staff at OrthoKids Surry Hills. My son just finished helmet therapy and we had a wonderful experience, with an exceptional outcome. Kim (admin) is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and Pete (therapist) was an expert, very calm, considerate and made sure we felt comfortable during every visit. Thank you team! We are very happy parents!

Our daughter had a hip brace on from 7 weeks old with regular appointments and all staff were extremely kind, caring and flexible. Would highly recommend Orthokids to anyone in need of these services.

The customer service manager Anna is very responsible when dealing with my concerns. I appreciate they are taking client's feedback seriously.

Jude took our appointment with our little boy and she was absolutely fantastic and very patient after we had a poo situation halfway through the consultation.

We had a fantastic experience at Orthokids today! The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the waiting room was the most kid-friendly waiting room we have experienced, and Pete the Orthotist immediately helped my very busy 3 yr old son feel comfortable with his friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm. The advice Pete gave me as a parent was thorough yet easy to understand, he answered all my questions with genuine interest, and he was clear about the costs involved right from the start while seeking to do the most affordable yet beneficial treatment for my son. I would highly recommend!

Very professional and good for kids. Staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. My daughter has been coming here for a while, and they have been amazing. Thank you!

On behalf of myself and hannah, we would like to thank all the staff for the level of care and understanding of the pros and cons of helmet therapy, we took there advice and proceeded and after 14 weeks of helmet therapy we couldn't be happier with the results, also a special shout out too Georgia for all the zoom meetings and consultations and many questions we had for her you made the whole experience smooth sailing thanks again georgia

DO NOT GO HERE FOR HEAD ASSESSMENT. This place was nothing but dodgy. Obviously they just want to sell there 2k helmets to concerned parents. No advice was actually given accept 'it's your choice to fit a helmet'. Which obviously means they don't need it if they are not really recommending. They were very bad at giving information or advice and were veryyy vague!
They subtly made comments though to persuade us to go with the helmet and would say nothing positive to make us feel it will get better.
Whilst the website states 70 percent of babies only need repositioning advice (therefore only 30 percent get helmets fitted) I asked what percentage of babies get helmets fitted and they told me 80 percent hahah okay! It got awkward lol
When i called to book an appointment I was told private health could be used if you have extras. This is also on the website. The place did not have a hiccaps machine. Here's why.because head assessments is not covered by private health. I can confidently say this because we hold the absolute top cover gold corporate 90s health insurance. So if we are not covered, I would doubt anyone else is.
Lastly they sent half the results mmmm I emailed them and also called to get the remaining results and have contacted them  third time. Still waiting. Nothing but bad vibes from this place. Parents if you are concerned see a peadiatric chiro/osteopath or physio.

Best customer service! Kym is so nice and so helpful. Also Luke is amazing he is so good with my daughter. The helmet she had really helped her severe flat spot and got it back to pretty much normal! We also just got a set of AFOS and they are the best they look so cute on her:)

Unprofessional, be careful, terrible helmet can not really solve the problem, and the helmet is not stable and moving, make my baby into flat head syndrome, money hungry people.

Our granddaughters get their orthotics here and the staff are great. And the girls love the toys in the waiting room.

Very good service and consultations. A big thumbs up to Steph, Sarah and the other staff who have been wonderful to deal with
