Kylie is a caring physiotherapist. She listens closely to your issue, spends time with her treatment for you and suggests some very effective exercises.
This practice is overall a friendly and professional one.

All staff are super friendly at this practice including physios and receptionist. I have had fantastic one-on-one core strengthening exercise sessions with Taig who is very patient and supportive despite me having virtually no knowledge of common exercise moves. I've also had Craig treat hamstring strains caused by going too overboard whilst doing Just Dance with my daughter. After one treatment session, the pain was gone. I would highly recommend this practice.

Never having had to use the services of a physiotherapist before I had no idea what to expect. However the staff were very friendly and engaging and made me feel at ease with a new experience. I'm confident they will be able to help with a good outcome. The location is convenient and close to public transport if needed, car parking is well catered for nearby.

Never been to a physiotherapy clinic so I decided to visit there to ask about their overall procedures. The guy at the reception didn't seem to be interested in my problem and was already leaving me alone without finishing my questions. I don't know how qualified they are, but their customer service is awful.

I've had 2-3 physios over the years. Quite simply Craig is the best - his treatment is simple with no gadget nonsense, and he has fixed everything! (I have had sore knees, shoulders, back, neck!)

Ormond Physio is my go to place for both healing & preventative therapy. I do Pilates there, which I feel has decreased the necessity of needing as much physio attention. If I have a injury or strain, Ormond is my first stop always before and usually making a doctors visit unnecessary.
All the staff are great- haven’t had a bad experience ever, from Craig down and that includes the admin team.
