Fantastic Doctors, all our 3 children are going there for years, even if you have to wait for your appointment, there is a fantastic waiting room with toys and TV, which the kids LOVE. Thank you for looking after our family and community!

Absolutely horrible - the receptionist Jenny is a really bitter and super unhelpful staff. She was being rude and disrespectful towards an older Asian woman patient simply because she cannot understand English. Absolute disgrace - if I can rate 1 star I would have. If the clinic were to do well - perhaps hire a receptionist who's nice.

Called up to book an appointment, was grunted at and asked what my problem was because they are "pretty booked up". Went elsewhere.

I really tried with this clinic as I liked the female doctor very much but the reception staff were dreadful. They were not respectful of privacy, asking me personal questions and repeating personal information e.g. My address and phone number in front of a roomful of other patients; arguing with me when I wanted to change a half hour appointment for another time and being told, then, that the half hour appointment was only at the discretion of the doctor - an appointment I had already made! - and lastly, demanding to know the purpose of my visit when it is absolutely none of the reception staff's business! Intrusive, rude, unhelpful reception put me off attending.
