I love this ice creamery. Amazing taste.
Try - milkshake with each scoop of cream bluree, Ferrero rocher and chocolate ice cream.
Try - waffle with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Oh my goodness! One of the best ice creams I've tried in Melbourne. My friend and I came on Sunday around 3 pm I was surprised by the long line! But the wait is worth. There is a small number of seating in the shop that has a clean, upscale ice cream parlour feel to it!
Creamery exceeded expectations with lots of creative different flavours. There are so many good and interesting flavours that it is SURE to appeal to literally anyone. Extremely creamy, not too sweet and delicious, just the way I like it! Definitely would recommend Ormond for any ice cream enthusiasts or any ice cream or shakes. We paid 8$ for 3 flavours and it was a very big serving. The man who was in charge of the outlet he selected flavours for me golden gay time, salted caramel & vanilla that was awesome. I have never seen it in other places.

Had my sons birthday party today. Eric and Billy came past with their van and it was the highlight of the day! Kids and parents loved both the ice creams and donuts. Highly recommend Ormond Ice Creamery for anyone thinking of hosting a party. Thank you Eric and Billy!

I was craving sweet snack and somehow I discovered through Uber Eats that Ormond Ice Creamery delivers hot jam donuts. What! My holy grail, hot jam donuts delivered in about 15 minutes. Oh my, delicious and though I only ate one of the four (rest for later and next day) I was very satisfied. Thank you Ormond Ice Creamery for making life better.

Tonight we got 2 single scoops to go and a Flinders Vanilla slice. I requested the young girl serving me to give me the Vanilla slice from the middle and not the one on the side that was exposed on the tray as the side piece looked dry and hard. Our ice cream was already scooped to go. She took so long to get the piece out (ice cream is melting) and inspite of my request she purposely starts putting the particular piece I requested her not to in the box. I asked her that I requested her not to give me that piece but one from the middle and she just continues smirking and tells me that it's not dry it's fine.
Appalling customer service. I came home with melted ice cream and a vanilla slice which I was not happy with.
A note to the owner.your ice cream is good but you need to train your staff to listen to the customers.
Unfortunately my review is based on my experience today. Would have given 2.5 stars but can't so giving 3 stars that too being generous as to me service and product have equal value.

Had the doughnut and gelato. They do have more options compared to the one at Queen Victoria Market. ;)

Their ice creams are good. Hence the 4 stars. But last we ate a waffle, it was cold and served with ice cream. I should have asked them for a hot waffle.

They have a golden gaytime which is amazing.

They also have churros which have been good usually - hot and served with a dulche de leche sauce.

Super friendly and amazing flavours. Lots of brownie slices and interesting flavours- highly recommended.

The owners here are awesome, friendly and just always happy to see you. Great ice cream too. Keep up the good work.

Please support this business! The owners & staff are the most friendliest people and they always bring a smile to my daughters face and to many who visit. It’s such a happy place and it has such a wonderful and welcoming feeling. They have been there for many years, and they definitely look after their customers. Great ice cream flavours, they make birthday cakes and they have gluten free cones also! Seriously don’t go anywhere else. This place is the best! Thank you for your hospitality

Now these guys tick the boxes for me for a great small business. Not only did they kindly put aside a cake for me, they were super friendly and professional AND THE ICECREAM CAKE WAS DELICIOUS! Found myself a new spot to come on my icecream pilgrimage around melb.

One of the best icecream shops in town. Best sorbets and creme brulee is one of the best. All flavours are awesome.

Really nice people, open late, fair prices and a good range of icecream. Golden Gaytime is excellent.

Pretty good place for ice creams or quick snacks. Lots of varieties available, Lime and Lemon flavour is interesting, if you like extreme sour. I loved the hot Churros
