Fabulous take away and very authentic Thai.you wont be disappointed. Had a minor "chilli " issue with only one of our take away orders recently and I called Nigel the following day to provide feedback. He was receptive and appreciated my feedback and was awesome. He went over and above and gave us credit. Please give this local place a try as you cannot go wrong with the owners equally as responsive and reliable.

Every dish is authentic, flavoursome and uses high quality ingredients - amazing!
If someone said the dishes were from a Michelin Star restaurant, it would be easy to believe.

Joke of a place. Said order would be ready in a hour. Ended up being 2 hours just for some food. Rude owner.

Welcomed and learnt from Kaew how to make delicious Tom Kha Ghai, Chicken Massaman Curry, Deep Fried Fish With Chilli/Tamarind Sauce and Steamed Crabmeat Wonton Dumplings as part of class 2 this weekend.

Between Nigel and Kaew, there is a lot of fun to be had in the kitchen as you prepare and participate in the cooking. The meals are served to you as well so you can know just how good the food is. You won't be hungry as the servings are large, the food is hot and the taste is out of this world. A must have for anyone wanting to get an authentic experience without leaving Melbourne.

Had a great time learning from Kaew and Nigel. It was a great atmosphere, the advice was pointed and the food was mouth watering. I have booked the class for the second menu already.

Wouldn't recommend it, owner was quite cocky, condescending and rude when I asked how long the average wait time would be. Don't need your attitude, better restaurants in the area

Had such an amazing time at Nigel and Gow’s Thai cooking class! Both couple and Gow’s sister were very welcoming and friendly. Gow’s knowledge in Thai cuisine translates in her delicious tasting food that she makes. Indeed very passionate about food and it’s a delight watching her cook and learning from her. Good advice and tips on how to make authentic Thai dishes. Good class size as well. Very casual and comfortable environment with very entertaining banter between Nigel and Gow and the participants.

Did Class Menu 1 which is most people’s favourite / popular Thai dishes. So so incredibly tasty and delicious! Gow makes Thai cooking looks so easy and quick to do! Definitely a hidden gem to be checked out for take away meals or cooking classes!

Ordered satay chicken, beef salad, pad se ew, penang curry garlic rice

Best Thai I've had in Melbourne, the heat was great

The chicken pad thai is of good size with proper chicken pieces. The beef massaman is tender and rich in flavours. The coconut rice is creamy with sprinkled sesame seeds for a nice touch. This is authentic Thai at its best and never disappints.

Kaew's cooking class is a must-do! Not only was it informative and hands-on.it was so entertaining! Kaew is a fantastic cook with a wonderful sense of humour. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend

The class was fantastic! It was me and my fiance's first cooking class. I have cooked thai food before but the insights and tips and tricks that I receive from the chef was WOW! Very useful and adds more flavour and more authentic taste to the dishes! Highly recommended for any level or experience of cooking. Kaenkaew brings passion and beautiful positive energy to the class. Her husband Nigel is also very hospitable and very friendly! Thanks so much to the whole team for the experience. We will definitely come again for the second menu.

Highly recommended - Refreshing fun hugely generous Thai cooking experience in a purpose built kitchen! 2 kids and myself learnt how to cook 4 delicious dishes - Spring rolls, Pad Thai, Green Thai chicken and Tom Yum. Kaew is amusing, very down to earth and shares all her secrets to producing delicious Thai - even the best brand coconut cream to buy, where to get the freshest produce at cheapest prices, the secrets to non gluey noodles, now to keep your pastes, palm sugar. They provided us with HUGE servings of each meal and even take away!
I can highly recommend this courses for everyone - especially those kids who need to learn to cook for themselves and not rely on take away.

Four of us attended Kaew's Cooking School day on Saturday and had a great time. It was lots of fun, we did a little work (but only a little) and learned how to prepare some great dishes - Pad Thai, Green Curry, Spring Rolls, Tom Yum soup. We 'taste tested, ' ie scoffed, heaps and heaps and took more home with us. Highly recommended as a great gift for the would-be chef in your household - and you'll be the winner!

We attended the cooking class number 1 and it was a pleasure to learn from Kaew, who showed us how to cook authentic Thai dishes. Kaew was very friendly, professional and extremely passionate about good Thai cooking; using the best ingredients. She showed us many interesting and helpful tips to produce terrific recipes.

Would highly recommend people doing this course.

The spring rolls are soooo fresh and tasty! Everything I have ever ordered is fresh and delicious! Excellent communication from host, telling you exact wait time on pick up! Amazing food, and fantastic people!

Best Thai take away I’ve ever had, hands down. They only buy fresh ingredients too. I always order the fish but a couple of times it hasn’t been available as if they deem the supply from the local market not to be perfectly fresh. Lovely people too.
