I needed an item fast but didn't want to pay express shipping. Their website said they were a family business so I thought they would definitely help me.

After ordering, but sent them a mail for dispatching my item through normal post so I can get it in time. I received a reply immediately and within an hour, got the shipping details. The item arrived through normal post a day before than expected. I didn't have to pay 51 dollars for express shipping. All because of their helpful attitude.

Received damaged parts made contact and they replaced it which was great but the replacement was damaged also made further contact and haven't heard anything. I'm more then happy to send photos and the parts back to them for an undamaged brand new part like I ordered. Will no buy off them again. Beware

First time using them - very fast service and excellent quality products. I ordered a sports flat bottom steering wheel and stubby antenna replacement for my 2016 Commodore SS. Ordered on a Sunday evening and everything arrived at my doorstep by Wednesday morning in New Zealand. The new steering wheel looks and feels fantastic and the stubby antenna works great with no issues whatsoever with the vehicle's satnav or radio. I highly recommend them and will certainly be using them for my future upgrades.

Fabio here is a pleasure to work with. He pays attention to what is written in emails and doesn't skip over anythiny which is what customer service is all about.
