OMF is by far the best bed and mattress shop I’ve visited.
Chloe is such a sweetheart and she helped us find the perfect firm mattress and bed.
They have many mattress in stock and pacakaged compactly. I was able to fit a queen mattress into a sedan car.
Overall 10/10 experience! Will come again

Great service purchased a mattress it was to firm when back after 2weeks and no problem swapping over to a softer one. Staff were so friendly both times.

Popped in just to have a look as we have been talking for awhile about getting a new bed.spoke to Amanda who was great at assessing our varying requirements regarding firmness, size etc.a little bit of discussion and we came away with the Australian made king size Hamilton and an east/west base base, panel headboard and protector. Great and friendly service, no pressure sale. We look forward to receiving our new bed in 2-3 weeks:)

I spent a lot of time in this store with my partner trying to find the mattress we wanted and was super worried about making the wrong choice as we both have back issues. The sales girls in there were so great and we ended up making a decision based on the information they had given us. We have had our new bed for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. Will 100% be back to buy for my kids.

The staff at the Shepparton store were very friendly and extremely helpful in finding me a mattress best suited to my needs. The delivery drivers were friendly, punctual and took the mattress to my bedroom, unwrapped it and put it on the bed for me as I'm a wheelchair user so it's not something I could have done myself. Overall I thoroughly recommend this store and team for great service and the mattress is FANTASTIC! C. McD.
