We pulled into the Cranbourne Home Maker centre to visit a different mattress store. We just happened to park in front of OMF and thought it couldn't hurt to look around. We were greeted by Nikki, who was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Nikki kept us updated on the progress via calls and email. We ordered a super king, but it wouldn't fit through the staircase and had to get it swapped for a queen bed. Nikki made sure the process was simple and helped us every step of the way. This should be the first place to visit to get an affordable and quality bed. Just make sure that if your bedroom is not located on the ground floor, you need to cover a separate fee for taking the base and mattress upstairs. Ensure that it has been added to the bill when ordering the bed and notes are put in the file. Otherwise, it could cause issues with delivery. We love our new bed. Thanks, OMF. Whilst our initial experience was excellent, it did become increasingly disappointing upon opting for the 30 day comfort guarantee.
The experience in opting for a comfort mattress exchange was more than double the initial wait, whilst we can understand that delays do happen especially so close to Christmas, this was not our concern. The lack of communication for the last 2 weeks was what made this experience sub par and there seemed to be multiple different issues with the mattress or delivery. When I expressed that I was told it will be in almost two weeks ago I was then told it was only ordered two weeks ago, not 4 weeks ago when initially ordered.
So I am not even completely sure of what the actual issue was and whether or not the mattress was even ordered upon my initial order.

Bianca contacted me multiple times with an update and was excellent and understanding and I am grateful for her follow up, however if Bianca was not in there was no one providing updates.
I found myself having to follow up the mattress multiple times even after I was advised I would be contacted the next day and not once did our initial sales consultant pro actively contact me.

After a stressful ordeal, the mattress has finally been delivered.

I went to the OMF in Cranbourne, and was assisted by Bianca. Her knowledge base of mattresses was outstanding, I felt super confident in what she was telling me was authentic. Service exceptional, highly impressed. Thank you, can’t wait to get it.
