I cannot recommend Naomi enough, she is truly amazing. I have lived the last probably 20 years in pain daily from various injuries to my back, groin, hips, shoulders and neck caused by pushing the limits of what is good for the body.
I can now push myself as far as I want to without pain and I can stand for more 10 minutes without being in excruciating pain.
I have seen countless chiropractor, osteo/physio’s and only had one issue temporarily slightly relieved
I can start really living MY life again.

Naomi really knows her stuff. After suffering a shoulder injury I thought going to the gym was going to be a long way off. After just 2 visits I was able to get back into a routine and all strength had returned to my injured shoulder after a few weeks. Would highly recommend for any injury. Also Naomi has a lot of supplements to help with recovery post workout.
