Had one of the most amazing massages on Xmas day too, thank you so much! Was the perfect balance of relaxing and rehabilitative and you could tell right away the masseurs are very experienced. Kudos to the team for remaining open on Christmas too - so hardworking. On top of all this they gave us the most delicious Xmas tree macarons too

I had the best massage ever from a very well mannered young lady Ally. Professional, courtious strong and all round by all means perfect. I'm a sheep Shearer of 25 years and my body has done some hard work. Left there feeling a million bucks. Highly recommended and will be telling all my friends to go there. Great massage and when we asked for a last minute massage for two, they quickly arranged for us.

Saw us at short notice and Kate did an amazing massage. So good I booked us in again in a few days.

Arrival and greeting - We made a reservation for a couple. However, there was no one at reception and we waited about 5 mins when we arrived. Plus, we had to wait extra 20 minutes because they couldn't find our reservation on their booking list. They were calling to manager or receptionist or whoever.

Massage

1- This was softest massage I ever had in my life. I don't really like strong pressure massage but I like medium. This can feel very personal. If you like a strong massage, it's definitely not a good choice.
2- I have a little problem on my neck. I told my therapist to not touch my neck while massage. She touched 3 times so I needed to repeat what I said. It could be very seriously painful after massaging on neck. She sould listen carefully what customer requested.
3 - I like massage very much. On this day, I couldn't make a reservation at the massage shop I usually go to, so I visited this place. The most important thing to consider is consistency of massage. The massage intensity and movement on my right arm and left arm were different.

I hope this review will help them manage your booking system, customer service skills and massage quality. But I won't be revisiting to see if they improve.

Fantastic deep tissue massage I had it was amazing just what I needed. Friendly staff and relaxing place.

My team leader and I went there for a half an hour massage and it was one of the most amazing experiences we've had! The staff are very friendly, massage was on point wasn't too hard and wasn't too soft, the provided us with a beverage tea/coffee and a little chocolate after our massage which was lovely. I would highly recommend Siam Botanical to everyone in Melbourne CBD that are looking for a quiet and peaceful massage. 10/10 from my team leader and I.

Excellent massage in a clean and inviting environment. I am visiting from the US and regularly receive massages at home. After a 28h flight and a couple days at a tradeshow nothing feels better than a good massage. What a fantastic surprise to receive one of the best massages ever. Satong, I hope I spelled her name right, is outstanding. Great technique, good pressure and a very friendly environment. I can highly recommend.
