What a wonderful experience we’ve had with Champika. Such an educational journey and in the end we know now where we’re going and what we need to do to get there, that’s how educative it has been.
The process was so smooth since Champika personally went through all our documents and when ever we spoke Champika knew it all / had it all in memory or had access to. Today after a week post settlement speaking to Champika, he still remembers our information and guided us through the conversation.

We went to the Oriental Financial for our home loan with a complicated set of circumstances. Gehan took over the challenge and it was a very professional approach from the beginning. After some research, the best suited lender for our situation was selected with a pre-application property valuation to make sure the LVR in the acceptable range for the lender.
