Great Bonsai store. Plenty for beginners and advanced bonsai lovers. Heaps of pots and accessories at very reasonable prices. Huge variety of Bonsai trees for all budgets. Lots of young plant stock to buy and train yourself also. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgable and great service from him. Awesome.

Best service ever, Tim was so amazing l rocked up and he was super friendly from the get go. He was very personable, polite and very knowledgeable. This place is super welcoming! I came here not sure what I wanted. An absolute legend came up to me to talk about bonsai. I ended up with a beautiful maple.and my first! - I just couldn't say no to the way it looks. The boss man even gave me a cheeky discount. The front of house is great - they offer trees but the service is just as stellar. So happy my maple compliments my other trees, I will be back here for sure:)

Been here twice and found some excellent younglings. A good place for enthusiasts and beginners, very friendly and accomodating.

Purchased 5 bonsai for wedding thank you gifts. Spent $650 in November.all of then have died took one back to show them and we were told its DEAD we can replace it for a further $270 and that's only one plant.even Bunnings replace dead plants.so be aware.very very disappointed.i would never purchase from there again.

I found the staff very welcoming and friendly, chatting with myself and other customers. There was a good selection of healthy trees of different sizes and ages, and there were plenty of pots and other supplies.

Amazing. Been coming here for 10 years, and the recent cafe/entrance facelift has made this place an unforgettable bonsai experience. Huge range of stock of trees, pre & post bonsai, pots, and all the other things you need are all here at great prices and with helpful staff.

Lots of plants to choose from. Pricing was a bit of a mystery but both of the lady's were very polite and sincere. We ended up buying three plants.
