Wife got her toes nails done from this shop & when they left her for them to dry, she noticed a big mark on her big toe then she asked them to fix it about 10 of them gathered around they didn't use a nail polish remover they just painted over it with layers and layers so thick. $35 dollars for normal nail polish

It is my third visit here today. I always get white shell. The results from the first and second visit were okay. It’s 55 dollars.

I came here for my hubbys nails.he needed some as you could say ASSISTANCE and a manipedi for his nails.they are quite large and boubuous so i came here for help.the lady started off by stroking and massaging hus cuticles before clipping them.i will say that i was a bit underwhelmned although he did enjoy the cold moistriser being rubbed on him.he loved it i might try this myself LOL!

The worse nail salon the staff is so rude and low standard and getting nail done here my nail look terrible! I don’t recommend it

The staff has an attitude for NO reason, my nails are always crucit, colours not that great, HURTS when they do my nail they spend like an hour filing and drilling my nail. But um I guess their ok.

It was the absolute worst experience. The staff are very mean and have the biggest attitude. I got my nails painted and they used the wrong colour then refused to fix it. The results are extremely disappointing and I would definitely not recommend this place.

Have had pedicures here multiple times and they always do such a thorough job. It’s not rushed like a lot of places can be. Really lovely, highly recommend.

Girl bye the way they drill and file my nails HURT SO BAD the lady’s have an attitude and look annoyed 25/8 they also charge so much for basic nails. She made my finger bleed twice. They legit spend like 30 minutes just filing and drilling my nails and the nail artists make my nails so thin that when I take my nails off I have to cut my nails because the break because of the thinness. Nails look good tho

Absolutely amazing service and staff. The best in town. They do what you want and they recommed you with the best. Always walk out happy both medicure and pedicure.

The staff are so mean and unprofessional. They did my nails, completely different to what a I had verbally told and shown them what i had wanted. I had brought up my concerns and the nail lady that I was with laughed at me, got other staff involved and spoke in a language that I didn’t understand, then they all laughed at me and were mocking me. I was humiliated and forced to pay a sum that wasn’t agreed upon - when I refused to pay, especially after the fact I was treated poorly, let alone the nails were not what I wanted, I copped verbal abuse by ALL staff members.
I’m a 21 year old on my day off, all I wanted was a small design… turned into mess. Don’t recommend this place - given by these other bad reviews, you shouldn’t go here either.

Had a manicure shellac service here but it was not a pleasant one.
She used the wrong drill size on my thin nails and hurt me TWICE without apologies and her face looks annoyed by my thin nails. She supposed to know which one works best for the customer as different person has different conditions.

I did pedicure she’s not doing properly. Very worse experience, waste of my money. I think she got bored of doing her job.

Worst experience, went there and the lady did not explain the options they had french tip, gets started and put top coat on with my lines of my tip all crooked and not straight! The way she handled it was absolutely appalling, no consideration or acceptance of her error and wanted to charge me more to fix it! I would not recommend this place unless if you want a dodgy job done.

Booked myself an appointment, arrived at my appointment for staff to tell me they can't attend to my appointment. Very unprofessional.

I think she got bored of doing her job half way through my manicure. This is the 2nd time this has happened.heading home now to file my nails and find a new nail shop.

Had a lovely pedicure and manicure with Annie and Linh. I tried some of their add-ons, the foot care pack and the hand mask. My hands and feet are so soft and using the hot towel I feel so amazed and relaxed!

Such a clean everything - everything is single use. The staff are friendly and professional too, when I was confused which color I should choose and they always ready to help me with joy without being annoyed. I’m so appreciated with that and will definitely be coming back. Thanks Organica Nails for giving me this wonderful services?

Had to wait a while, but also walked in with no appointment.
Friendly staff who did pretty good job, considering how busy they were.
Overall, great value for the price!

Not sure if i just got a bad nail lady or if the place has lost it's sense of cleanliness and professional ways, i went in for SNS only to have the nail tech cut my fingers 3 times from filing (which hurt like hell from the nail chemicals) and her laughing it off, used crusty old nail cutters with glue/dip powder residue from another client, stirring the dip powder with the same nail scissors she used to cut my natural nails down, some nails aren't even on the surface (shaping) and although she asked what length i'd like she proceeded to cut them shorter and shorter. One thing that came to my attention coming back is they completely gave up on sanitary items for each individual customer, i remember when i first went there i had my own box with my own items as did every other customer, pretty sure those dont exist now.over all just the worst experience and i was extremely uncomfortable and my fingers are extremely sore
