I had extremely bad experience with Vincent. I was enquiring for working visa. Our communication started on February. It took 3 months just for drafting contract and invoice. I paid in May full invoice upfront. In July he just asked for my documents and that was it. He hasn't had any contact with my company about any required documents. Very poor service and unprofessionalism. Every respond from him was tomorrow, this Monday and we are working in background, just lies.
He wasted 6 months of my time with lots of stress. Too many unresponded messages and lies. I terminated the contract in August. After my termination he hasn't refunded full amount, he took 2k from me for nothing. After I found new agent I got my visa just for 2 months.

Vincent and his team have always been super helpful to me and very effective. They are always responsive, acting fast and sorting stuff out. Their applications are compelling which puts us, applicants, in a great position to get the visas.

They have got me my current permanent residency and my partner's temporary residency in Victoria, Australia.
