As a single parent, I really needed my money working for me, and not just sitting in the bank, I knew I could purchase an investment property, however I had no idea where to start,  where to buy and what was a good deal and why. After initially starting out with another wealth strategy company of which I was completely let down by, I called Ben and I have been 1000% satisfied, confident and excited by the journey. The smooth transition from one party to the next was nearly flawless. Max and Ben from Oracle Group were amazing. Once the property settles, the landlord’s insurance and the Real Estate agent. The whole process is seamless from start to finish. Every single interaction exceeded my expectations. I cannot speak more highly of Oracle Group and its network of professionals.

“FP” stands for financial planning. They aren’t financial planners. They advise you to heavily negative gear your property and place you in so much debt it isn’t worth the risk. Be careful trusting the glorified property managers

I have been dealing with Oracle for over 6 years now, have a number of properties with a few different developers in areas that I didn’t even know the name of until I walked into their office.
