13Had to wait in a queue and a bit expensive plans. Otherwise staff is good and helpful, the process was simple.

My friend and I purchased Apple phones along with Optus SIM plans, and Courtney's assistance was truly commendable. We did trade in for 2 devices. Came for 4 times. Still not confirmed for the receive. It has been nearly 2 months. Very irresponsible people.
Bought a prepaid 365 days SIM card, before active I was told the system is down so not able to transfer to E-SIM on that day. Alright, please make a refund then, I politely asked with a smile.
However, the staff refused with a terrible attitude. And even blamed it on me as I did not express the need for ESIM before purchasing. Excuse me? Mate, your system is down, shouldn’t you tell every custom before they purchase anything from you guys? That’s your responsibility!
The whole conversation was a torture to me, no smile or apology from the staff Eric. Mate, I don’t owe you money and I’m your customer!
If you need go to Optus, DON’T COME TO OPTUS GLEN. 0 STAR!

Signed a new plan last month and got a big bill (double charged some items). Went to the shop again and just want to ask some questions. Rude staffy and keep saying you need to do this and that to get the refund. It seems to me that they are very happy keep your money in there system forever and do not inform you via email or phone call.
I can understand that not one staff can change the system, but I feel they don't care what happened to their customers as long as you signed new contract.
Wouldn’t recommend going to this Optus Store. They simply don’t care and want your money. I went in to change my mobile number explaining it was for safety reasons and I got told I had to pay out my phone contract which was around $500. I went to Fountain Gate store and there was no charge and done in 10 seconds. Really disappointing.
This Optus branch has the best manager in Melbourne. I live very far from there but for solve my problem always go there. Thank you so much again Albert.
Superb service by Courtney yesterday. Came in to upgrade my phone and left with a phone and a great plan for my whole family at a fab price. Will definitely be my go to Optus store from now on. Would highly recommend
