We had to jump into a 6 month rental waiting for our house to finish building, Craig set us up with a great short term solution which was perfect, then seamlessly got our new NBN set up and switched us all over when the house was built. The home and phone plans are all shared and in 1 bill. Exactly what we wanted. He also checked in after the first month or so as he noticed we weren’t using as much data as we had available, so he reduced the plan saving us a bit of money which was fantastic. Great customer service, would like to rate higher.

I dealt with Hollie Vater who is the Operations Manager and she provided outstanding customer support to my business. We had very difficult technical issues with our internet and Hollie was very persistent in escalating our issues to higher management in Optus to have this resolved for us promptly. Without her we would have lost thousands in revenue! Highly recommend her service.

Can't thank Ethan enough for being a great point of contact. He was very happy to help me whenever I needed it, he was even helping me while he was on annual leave. Thanks to Ethan we've got reliable 5G mobile broadband. Couldn't be happier!
