Both the manager and owner are completely useless, no message returns, they are great to get your business after that, nothing! Had an issue with my phone and they both told me to go to a shopping centre and sort it! Ridiculous! Going back to Telstra Business! Least i get a result! 7 mobiles and business lines, you think you get some support!

Very poor service. Salesman Yasir never returns calls. All he in sinterested in is the sales & scrfew you after that. They promised to send their sales manager out to see me to discuss my problems but never did.
