I went to apply for an ESIM, but the saleswoman in the store had such an attitude, with a black face and sarcastic remarks. It's my problem. A business that doesn't make money shouldn't bother you with your time. No need for optus anymore

The two young Chinese clerks have extremely bad attitudes and look down upon others. They act like they are condescending. This kind of service should be closed down.

Bought a samsung S20 from the store and had a horrible experience:

Sold the phone accessories informing that is complementary and they charge 2 times for it on monthly basis. The quality of accessories is really poor and didn't last for more than 2 months.

Along with samsung S20, they add apple music subscription worth $11 per month.really? What should I do with it?

I will never prefer to visit box hill store again.

Prepaid servixe activation refused by
"system error" bought sim card and actived myself.

One of my family member (he is a Pensioner) went to this Optus shop for assistance, instead they have sold him items that he does not need and they didn't rectify his original problem, made him very stressed and upset. Very bad customer service. Not recommended this Shop.

Need to wait for a long time.three employee inside only serve one customer.two of them are doing nothing there.

Bough a phone and in 4 days they show problems, I went change and they didn't let me, even though only 4 days of usage. Had to give to technical assistance and they didn't even gave me a temporary phone.terrible assistance, I'm gonna pay 130$ monthly for a phone that I'm not using at all!

I went to the box hill store and the customer representative Canny was so helpful explained all the plans in detail.

All staffs there are quite friendly, especially Nan. He explained and compared different mobile plans to me very patiently. I strong recommend him to whom need mobile or internet services.

Canny was very helpful! More importantly she was super efficient. She had a very positive attitude if there was 10 stars I would of given her that!
