I have just bought an iPhone 15 pro max from the rosebud store. I had Danny organise my plan and help me choose, and Scott helped when I came to pick it up. They were both amazing, Danny was so helpful and did not push me to purchase anything I didn’t want to. Scott greeted me with an amazing attitude, smiles all round, really made my day.
Definitely coming back if I ever need help.

Store manager Scott was so helpful today with helping my Step Mum set up her phone with a new modem. Can't thank him enough for his help.

I purchased a new phone plan today with Lainey and she was amazing! So helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and was so professional. She really made the whole transition so easy, making sure I got the best out of my package and made me feel so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful but Optus have been ruthless with billing and restricting calls. Not happy with Optus as a company but the store is fine.

OPTUS ROSEBUD PLAZA - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PENINSULA IN 2020. Have a 3 month Optus 5G modem dies on me last night. Went back into Optus Store Rosebud Plaza to swap it over under warranty. They told me that I would need to buy another 5G modem on a
24 month contract. HORRIBLE

Worst experience ever. I purchased a mobile phone for my son for christmas it lasted 10days before it dies.its almost February I dont expect to be getting it back before next christmas with how totally incompetant the staff are. I get brushed off and told. "I dont know anything" well bloody why are you working there then? Terrible customer service

I'm a fan of Optus also a customer too. But Rosebud Optus is very quiet every time I pass on a 5 days of delivering into the Plaza. Basically staff are sitting around doing nothing apart from throwing basketball balls (small ones) into a small hoop situated in the shop.

Best deals in postpaid and prepaid deals with great stock of phones and tablets with most competitive prices, Internet connections as well as private phone lines. Great friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff.

Was happy with my 1st visit but 2nd visit with the other guy wasn't, had attitude. Now I look to make sure person I want is free.
