Bought a case today. Spent $70. I thought that I could trust Optus not to overcharge compared to others in the market like JB HIFI, Officeworks, and many others. It's my fault I overpaid but just be warned of the over charging of phone cases here. Don't trust them.

If you want to get fobbed off when you need help with optus head down to Optus Parkmore. Twice I explained issue tothe girl at concierge who still thought my phone was with Telstra? Didnt even get asked to take a seat so someone could help me. Not good enough guys.

Went into the store to discuss about my bill. Got my licence ready, person don't want to open his system and ask me to go back to the store where I usually shop. Very bad service. I explained again and again about my point. But he don't want to do it. Customer service = 0.

The store manager "Sean" useless couldn't represent himself if his life depend on it.
Optus need to reconsider his postion as a manager at the keysborough store, refused to help me activate my prepaid sim because I did pay it in store, drove to southland optus store and no fuss in 10 minutes all done. Not paying for this type of rude service.

Phones are not labelled, next to no information on display, customer service or should I say, lack of is dreadful.
Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Nobody was there and they made us wait 20 minutes and handed us off person to person till mhm came from back. He walked back and forth passing door was told he was in meetings. Could not or would not help and got run around, changing plans and nothing good to say, go somewhere else if needing a company that will work for you.

Ok I used to be a loyal Optus Customer, but after this morning’s efforts I will not be renewing my contract at the end of the term.

This morning, I was sitting waiting for someone at the seats immediately in front of Parkmore Optus when a young lady and a middle aged lady walked in, presumably to pay a bill. In the entire time I was sitting there watching these two, the manager of the store, Sean, was the rudest and most unprofessional person in the entire place.

From what I gathered, there was an issue with the money till, and it needed someone with skinnier fingers than the teller to rectify. Sean decided that this was a job for him. One of the others went to close the teller on Sean’s hand, prompting the younger of the two ladies to caution carefulness because his hand was still there and it could have caused an injury.

For this caution, Sean raised his voice and, loudly enough for me to hear sitting outside the store, said to the younger girl “Could she please stop talking because she was ‘annoying’ him”. This caution was the only words in the entire time the girl was in the store that I heard her speak, and were spoken to stop him from being injured in the workplace. He then proceeded to tell her that if she wanted to talk she could leave, and that she didn’t need to come in here every time and annoy him. When the young lady said that she was considering lodging a complaint with Optus about him, came out with “Go ahead, I don’t care”.

This is not an isolated incident for Sean that I have witnessed or heard, on numerous occasions when I have been in the store he has been rude, standoffish and sarcastic with customers, when he isn’t hiding out in the back room where he has been heard complaining about previous customers from during the day.

If this is how Parkmore Optus treat their customers, I will definitely not be coming back at the end of my contract, and suggest caution when dealing with this man. People like this ruin it for the wonderful workers there like Ricky, who goes above and beyond what is his scope for his customers. Reading through previous reviews on this page it most certainly has not been an isolated incident, and Optus should be hanging their heads in shame.

Lady that serves me was very nice and I'm not going to say her name because she was so beautiful if I had the guts I would have asked her out she was so funny helpful and loves her watches lol

My husband and I were wanting to upgrade our service and get another one linked for our daughter. We were served by Ricky Sia, his service was amazing, did a really good deal for us, very helpful on all information we needed to know. Overall we are very impressed with his service. Highly recommend to talk to Ricky for all your phone needs.

I enjoyed my shopping today. It looked a bit like a herd of locusts had been there before me though. Seens there's a shortage of crumpets though. Plus a few other products. Over all my needs were met today.

Optus have lost there way. There service delivery is disgraceful and so unprofessional. Getting billed for products that never got connected.
