Since my other review got deleted please do not go to this store unless you want to be scammed. This is the worst customer experience I have ever incurred and you can’t trust the manager Sannan and 2IC Jordan. STAY AWAY!

Poor customer service. Never go to this store if you wanna have a good experience. Went two days both days the same white dude cursing at customers. Worst. And disgusting behaviour.

Don't go this shop, they do double contracts to cheating customers.some plan they told u it can be cancel any time but they never told u there is a high amount cancellation fee apply. I almost used all mobile phone companies in Australia, no one so disgusting like this.

We signed up for Optus NBN service 9 months ago and paying money for the wifi booster on monthly basis, however we have not yet received the wifi booster.

Every time i call i get the run around and went to the knox shop and they ask you to call. So at the moment we are paying while not getting the service.

I would not recommend any one to engage with optus.

Initially, first impression with customer service was satisfactory, and any issues regarding Optus's database and the Optus breach was resolved. Great team guys, keep it up!

Avoid Knox City Optus at all costs, they are useless.
Went there on Christmas Eve to buy my daughter her first phone for Christmas. They told me they had no idea what is suitable for a kid but there is a promotion and if i buy a fold 4 then I would get a new A3 as a reward in 5 days. So why not, late Christmas present, i can deal with that. I bought a fold 4.
So 2 hours later these clowns have cancelled my daughters tablet number which was a SIM that could call, SMS and had roaming data (they claim this was an error and that SIM should not have been able to SMS from a tablet and couldnt explain how it was doing so), added another number that was required to get the same amount of data I previously had (with instructions to cancel this new number in 3 months) and on top of this they managed to cancel my WHOLE business account and reset it up as a personal account.
But wait. I didnt receive the reward A3 phone in 5 days. Instead I received an SMS message in 10 days saying I needed to spend an hour filling in forms to Redeem my reward. After that another SMS saying my reward phone for my daughters christmas present would arrive in 60 days!
I have already contacted another OPtus store who assure me I could have just swapped the tablet SIM number into the new phone, they will re-instate my business account and undo the whole mess created by optus knox city.

Attended Optus at knox after absolutely no service at all from the Eastland Optus store. I had the best customer service from Ty and can’t speak highly enough of his great explanations, all the choices he put on the table and the final plan I ended up with. Was absolutely perfect for myself and my son. Thanks ks so much to both Ty (I can’t remember his full name) and his manager Jason. Will be back again when I need to change phones.

Apart from the "hard sell" to purchase extra items that I didn't want or need, the sales guy was friendly, even though I was honest and told him I just wanted a new phone without the "bells and whistles".

Absolutely worst experience in my time dealing with Optus manager Matthew has no idea about phones and arrogantly thinks he is an expert my phone was locked and he said only option was to buy a better phone so I paid 300 for Samsung this took an hour as he had a 16 year old friend trying to find it my phone after turning it off and on unlocked and I didn't need to spend any money I asked Matthew for a refund or any compensation but he rudely said it's your fault for hing a cheap phone he made me feel inadequate and I've been since depressed shame on h and I was just getting over my information being leaked in a hacking on Optus but he left me thinking I can't be loyal to Optus like I have been for 25 years anymore' sack this guy

Customer service was poor. They put me on the phone to pay my bill when the month before they used the computer. After 45mins later I walked out. Now my phone has no credit.

I went there after I moved to optus recently because I couldn't make a call or received any phone calls. One of staffs said our connection doesn't seem wrong. How old is your phone? 5 years? That's because our service doesn't work. Not knowledgeable at all.
But I haven't experienced any troubles with telstra.
Now I'm back to telstra. Still using same my old phone. Oh, Peace of mind.

The staff here were horrendous. I would discourage anyone from dealing with them. Their dismissive and offhand approach to customers has made sure I never use Optus ever.

This store have been remiss in there duty. My partner ordered iPhone 13pro (plane). They said it might take a week to get delivered to his address, he went to the store and told him that it’s might take a few more weeks to get delivered. He canceled the phone plans after waiting for almost a month.staffs explain summary of charge differently. Don’t go to this store! Don’t waste your time at this store!

Super impressed today! Came into the Optus shop and saw a guy named Louis. His service was beyond exceptional, he was clear and concise with everything he said. Passionate individual and loves his job you can really tell. Awesome work Optus!

The service is very bad, very bad, the clerk gathers to chat, there are still 40 minutes before get off work, the service staff starts to make excuses not to serve customers, really bad service attitude Extremely bad service

Went to enquire about a new phone but to be honest the way the serve you in this day and age is all about rushing the buyer into any new plan they can put you on and most times the plan that is attractive has already expired so that is why a lot of people get caught on a plan they do not want or can afford

Absolutely shocking service, shocking management. Very unhelpful, poor attitude, no service, even when persisting and asking many questions. They ha Told me to my face had more important things to do. Don't go to this store if you have mobility or health issues they will help you less.
