38We had to go to Optus yesterday after our modem stopped working. Chelsea gave us great help and set up the new one. After the turmoil of the previous day (Optus crash) the staff appeared calm and efficient.
It's a long service wait so don't be in a hurry and other things, best thing but the worst not far from there is the NAB bank in that new area outside all the banks you can see from the outside but that nab bank 2 people serving, bad service and you got nowhere to sit I had to put that one in and I tried to activate my new debit card on the phone he asked me all these questions which I answered then he said can't help you today that is very bad customer service I ever seen.
I have had an account with Optus for quite a while and have gone to shops in different cities/towns over the last years, but this one definitely got me motivated to leave a review. Didier, your service product knowledge and customer service were the best! Thank you for making all the account transitions in such a smooth way! Amanda & Andrew
Unfortunately service wasn't up to par. Lots of staff on last week but they didn't seem to know what they were doing.
Worst customer service. There were 3 staff members and all of them were not willing to serve ️. They were sitting free not doing
anything and just asked us to wait. Eventually, we ended up in Telstra buying Fold 4 with sim plan from Telstra.
The staff are friendly and patient. They know the products. They were helpful setting up my device.
Was served by a lady who seemed to be very nice.
I have only just now found out all the terms to my phone plan after having issues paying and extending the billing period.
Most of the time you're meant to explain all aspects of a plan before gathering the customer info and signing them up for a plan.
Customer service staff member answered my query promptly and professionally. The 30 minute wait was something I didn't enjoy. Optus give your Customer Service staff more resources!
No customer service whatsoever. Patiently waited 20 minutes in store for service and ended up leaving in frustration. Very disappointing behaviour and I will not be returning to this store.
Brilliant service! Team is friendly, informative and went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. I was helped by the store manager who was an absolutely lovely lady, I believe her name was lanna and her passion for the company and products showed! I couldn't recommend the store more if I tried

Was refuse servic under store policy of no mask no service you are breaking the law and your policy needs to change.
Had a lovely young lady help me today. I cant remember her name but she said she is new there. She was just lovely.
Greatest customer service, very helpful in signing me up to a brand new Samsung Galaxy FE 5G Smartphone on a comfortable affordable 3 year contract alot cheaper than Telstra. The only downside is they don't offer any free Australian Sport Live Streaming unlike Telstra do. If Optus did offer free live streaming of Australian Sport, I would have given 5 stars.

I saw Jack yesterday. Great customer service. He was not only professional, friendly, patient. Jack gave me the information that I need and gave me time to think about the plans and I came back and signed up and replace my handset.
Jack is highly recommended I received better customer service from Jack and this store then another Optus Store.
Keep up the great service. If you want to be looked after.you need to speak to Jack.
Waited over 4 weeks for OPTUS insurance claim for screen crack. No loan phone even as a business customer. Terrible

Wish I knew the young girls name but I went in a few days before cmas and upgraded my phone. The young girl made it quick and painless. I wanted a cover as well and she suggested going next door to the cover place. I ended coming back and buying from optus. Well done. The staff were lovely.
Signed a new contract yesterday, sim doesn't seem to be working so I came in to get it replaced. Was given a replacement sim and told to just give them a call. The young girl there did't even provide a number of contact or any further information in regards to troubleshooting the issue until prompted when i returned. She seemed to be happy sitting on the computer playing on her phone. Appalling service.
