With excellent advice on design and workmanship by Optiscreen, we can now enjoy all year round living. The Bi-fold doors look fabulous and the opaque Plexiglass sliding panels conceal storage areas, we couldn't be happier, thank you Stephen & Nathan and team.

The installed bi-fold doors look absolutely amazing on our verandah and we were very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff we have dealt with at Optiscreen.

Stephen, thank you for your patience in helping us to select the right colour, coming out twice to measure and follow up. Also allowing us to visit your show/factory to discuss the products with your very knowledgeable staff member.

We wanted to especially thank the installer Qwan for his hard work and diligence in erecting the frame and putting up the bi-fold doors. Also, for demonstrating how to open/close the bi-folds and allowing us to video tape this process to help us in the future.

We definitely will need to practice opening and closing and moving the bi-folds doors, but we are pleased with the flexible options the Optiscreen doors provide.

Overall, we are very impressed by Optiscreen and the great customer service provided. It is good have good old fashion genuine customer service.

I had issues so I phoned them for assistance. The first time I called they will have someone to contact me that week. Week passes and called again and promised someone will call but no one ever did. Called again but had to leave a message. Until now no phone call. Very disappointed and will not refer this business to anyone.
Happy to take your money but easily forgotten when you need help.

Purchased Optiscreen 5 years ago the material gone blurry still under warranty so I contacted Optiscreen by phone and email and left several messages no reply. Extremely unhappy product under warranty and no one wants to look at it getting it fixed.

I wanted to create an entertainment/conservatory area that I could enjoy all year around. May I take this opportunity to thank Stephen for his wonderful design that just perfectly delivered on my ideas (and also took into account the needs of a pet door), Nathan for coordinating the work and Rizal for a truly wonderful job done. I am absolutely delighted with the end result and am already enjoying all that this outdoor space now offers, irrespective of the weather.

A big thank you to Rizal for the care he took throughout the whole installation process. He was meticulous in all aspects of his work, respectful and hardworking and didn’t leave my home until well after sunset. It was a pleasure having him working on site.

Thank you once again, to the whole team at OptiScreen. It has been a real pleasure working with you all and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. I have already had family and friends over to admire the beautiful transformation of my backyard space into a cosy and peaceful conservatory. Highly recommend Optiscreen and the team. Stephen captured our vision of an outdoor entertainment area that could be utilised in Melbournes unpredictable weather! The bifolds are easy to use and the awnings over the pool perfect for easy access. Unlike blinds the entertainment area is protected when storms hit as they are able to withstand the wind and the area is warm with the outdoor heaters!

I wouldn’t recommend Optiscreen as our outdoor bi-fold blinds consistently get damaged by Melbourne storms when there is high wind.

As a company, they also happen to provide the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. I’ve now been waiting 6 weeks for them to get back to me on urgent repair work and all my follow up calls have been ignored.

I’ll never go with them again.

One of our best ever purchases. Found Optiscreen online. Contacted Stephen, who came out to quote and provided some great options. Decided on stacker doors for our back deck which were powder coated to match existing pergola structure. Pretty much added another room to the house. Great product which now protects us from harsh winds and rains. Installation was carried out professionally. Cant recommend highly enough.

Optiscreen done a great job at our place. Professional from the start and to the fitter installing it. The job looks fantastic and cannot fault it. Quality outdid our expecations. Thanks Steve Nathan and team for making it easy from the start to the finsh.
