Could not be happier with Navi and his team, Navi was awesome to deal with and his work that he carried out was unreal. Could not recommend the Optimal fencing team enough extremely happy with the service they provided

I had my to do list my to do list, I simply emailed on a Saturday to make an inquiry not expect a response until at least Monday or Tuesday maybe Wednesday the latest, to my surprise I got a quote over a couple of emails on the Sunday and it was installed early Monday morning, to say that I was surprised at the responsiveness is the least I can say! I strongly believe the quality of the work and price was fair for the service and product provided, very very pleasantly surprised! Thank you optimal fencing

The fence was done before Christmas as promised, very very happy with the professional work. The team are easy to work with, I would recommend them for any job, five stars from us

We are happy with the outcome of the landscape of our frontyard. They did the design that we requested. Good value as well.

Nav and the guys were great. Worked weekends and 10 hour days to get everything done for us. Fencing with capping was done within 2 days and they completed our landscaping for our house with ekodeck and artificial turf as well as crushed rock, pavers etc.looks immaculate. Glad I chose Optimal Fencing to do everything. Price was competitive also!

Crooked boards, large gaps, nails sticking out everywhere, lots in crooked since the fence wasn't recessed and nails were smashed in and splitered wood, rotten boards, wide gaps, cracked support beam and different height in fence

He didn't pick up the phone for over 4 months from a week or so after his job was done and claimed he never saw my calls. Said there was no warranty and I'd have to pay for all the things that need to be replaced - $50 per board. Built into my neighbours land without permission.

Claimed I was abusing when I never once raised my voice, nor said anything harsh with all my text messages. Can post screenshots of conversations too. Neither myself, my back & side neighbours have been able to negotiate with him.

Not worth your money.

Save your money and find someone that knows what they are doing. Fence was built uneven with large gaps they refuse to repair the defect then threaten you with late payment charges. Would never hire optimal fencing again

Hiring optimal fencing is up there in my lifes lists of regret! The trades and service provided was so sub par i fired them mid job. He completed our fence. In all honesty it looked like a high school student taking wood class had completed it. It was uneven from one end to the other. He left a meter gap from dirt to start of fencing meaning my dogs could escape under it. I had to buy more wood from bunnings and finish job myself. Ill provide pictures to anyone who requires them of how bad his work was. He was also meant to build to gates for us. He did not listen and put poles where we did not want them simply because it was easier to dig in his chosen spot. I had to dig out the posts myself. I did get back the deposit but took some time.
Personally steer clear. Lucky to get one star.

With so many fence contractors to choose from it is difficult to know who to hire. Unfortunately many installers are hopeless, useless, and downright dishonest. OPTIMAL FENCING IS NO EXCEPTION. This guy damages pipes and doesn't fix them or pay for the repairs. He actually thinks the client should pay for his damage. He also uses a false ABN and charges the GST but doesn't pay it to the ATO. His holes are shallow and he doesn't use concrete. This pathetic excuse of a man wont take any responsibility for his substandard fences, leaving you and I out of pocket.

5 star for being very professional and catering according to our estate requirements. Highly

The fence that we had optimal fencing construct looks like it belongs in the mountains we start level then rise up about 300mm then back down to the same level as before.
There is a gap under the base board.
One of the posts seems to have been put in the ground deeper than the others as there is no point on the top like all other posts.
The explanation we were given was that the ground was not level and the follow the ground.
Another fencer we had look at the job said that you should make the top level and then it will always.look good.
They said they would fix it once all virus restrictions were lifted.
They are not answering texts

One of best person to talk - I don’t give much review on any business but these guys really deserved to get 5 star from me. They have done a amazing work for us at very reasonable price

Fences turned out fantastic friendly staff I highly recommend them now I will be getting a quote for decking soon.its quality work
