Given the state of the property prior to the cleaning commencing and the final result we could not have been more impressed with the quality of service provided. I congratulate the actual cleaners involved and would strongly recommend Optima Cleaners to anyone requiring similar services.

Quoted for a bond clean with all furniture already removed (so empty house) and then upon arrival they ring me and I quote he said “ mate we can’t clean this, this is too dirty”, so you’re telling me cleaners cannot do their job, so they send me another quote and pushed the price up a fair chunk, was complaining about fluff on the carpet, will not recommend

A previous tenant at my property used these guys to do a vacate clean.
For the price they paid they did an extremely average job. They half cleaned the showers, missed areas of dust and grime on window frames and didn't look as tho they vacuum the carpets properly.
Due to time constraints and push back from this company, I had to get another cleaner through my property and my previous tenant lost some of their bond.

Months later of arguing with the company, my previous tenant got a partial refund that won't cover their loss

My cleaning technician Asmit was friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning my bbq and I was very impressed with the outcome. Highly Reccomended!

The bond clean is mis-represented as guaranteeing your bond back. They did the job way too fast and missed many items that were required to be redone by the real estate agent. Things that were in the contract were left out and I have had to pay the agent for a clean by another cleaner. The communication is quite bad as I have not heard back from them since the last email I sent 3 weeks ago asking for things to be fixed.

Cleaned house well however destroyed my new gas top with sprays used damaging knobs and top. They have admitted the damage but will not replace. Always under “investigation”.

Poor customer service.

Court action and current affair are next steps.

Use at your own risk, as this business will pay for anything they damage.

I' am happy that the oven got really clean and it's not smoking anymore! I also got range hood done and it got better but there's some missed spots.

I just had a service done by Asmit. And a lovely young woman. They did my gas stove top and range hood, oven and built in bbq. Our bbq was terrible! Very bad! They were late to arrive, however they made up for it and did an amazing job. What would have taken me a whole day, they did in two and half hours. The quote said 4 and half hours. They worked very hard. I also have a young son and they made sure to keep any chemicals or sprays away from him. No smell in my house at all. They cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell they were here. Now our bbq is summer ready! Amberlee

Good communication for booking, but overall poor quality clean. It was not thorough, and didn't complete all the items in their checklist. There was visible cobwebs which means no dusting was done, the benchtops still had visible marks on them, walls were not cleaned although "spot-cleaning" was on the list. Blinds were not wiped down etc. They did clean some areas well, but for a "bond back guarantee" clean, it definitely was not worth the money. Also don't be fooled by the images with the cleaners in uniform.

I reached out to Optima Cleaners to arrange a clean of my oven only. The online booking isn't instant - it requires an agent to call back and confirm the slot you (thought) you booked. Initially my slot was confirmed then soon after advised that the slot wasn't available. I had to re-shuffle a lot of things which wouldn't have been too much trouble if the service was on time. However, the cleaner arrived 2 hours later than the advised time (up to 1 hour late arrival is expected as per their contract). I only knew this after reaching out to them - no courtesy call. In terms of cleaning: although the cleaner did remove the build up in the oven, I was left with a lot of residue that required me to wipe it down 2 more times before I could use the oven which defeats the purpose of hiring a "professional". Overall 2 starts for the agents at the call centre willing to help you out and to the fact that the clean wasn't professional but average.

They promised me a bond back guaranteed cleaning and that they would come back and clean the apartment again they the agent asked for a further cleaning service. Which the agent did but optima cleaners refused to go back and clean the house as promised plus did not clean the house or clean the place as promised as the did half the Job they said they would. They never pick-up when calling to get my cleaning service done as promised or call back. They offered $25 refund instead of the full amount, as they don’t want to go back and clean the apartment as they lie on their words and try to confuse people by calling different people who are involved rather than just doing their job. What does a $25 refund do? No one is going to clean an apartment for $25. I would never recommend them to anyone! The worst cleaning service in Melbourne by far

I was very happy with the finished product. Some jobs just require a professional. Would definitely use this company again.

Arrived on time, did a great job, didn't mind the Cat hanging around begging for food. Also, didn't fall for the Cat's lies.
