It has always been easy and pleasant at OPSM. All staff pleasant and good customer service.

I honestly can't say that much in regards to improving the service, the staff are absolutely lovely, I felt very comfortable & cared for. I appreciated all the help I got & with recommendations on frames. Great conversation to, along with very thorough testing & good, friendly advice. ️

Great staff, but very bad quality lenses with an even worse "warranty policy".

- $99 glasses from Spec Savers = fantastic after 2yrs
- $20 glasses from Eye Buy Direct fantastic after 3yrs
- $500 glasses from OPSM extremely scratched and constantly foggy after 5 months.

No usage (or cleaning) patterns/habits were changed. Just VERY poor quality lenses. Due to 'scratches' no warranty available (regardless of all of the above).

My Wife, 3 children & I will never buy from OPSM again!

I can’t remember the last time I received service of any kind as good as this. From the moment I walked in, through the various eye tests, and choosing the glasses, I was treated like a valued client. Will definitely have no hesitation in recommendation OPSM Wendouree to anyone

Dry eye treatment is very effective.
I love that they care enough, to work with me, to get my glasses right.

We were able to get an appointment at very quick notice. The optometrist was very sensitive to the needs of my son who has autism. A very pleasant experience.

Update - We took our son back as he really wanted to give contact lenses a go and as we had already paid for the trial. This time he saw a very helpful optometrist (unsure of her name but he has had her in the past and she was amazing). She was really hands on and although he couldn’t get the process right himself he had a great more positive experience. Thank you!

We normally head to this OPSM for our eye care needs, this morning however my son had a bad experience with trying contact lenses for the first time. We have paid $49 for the optometrist to “show him how to use contacts” for the first time. Unfortunately my son had trouble getting the lens in and after 10 mins decided it was harder than he thought. I asked to take the lens with us (1 lens only) so he could keep practicing at home and was told no we couldn’t. I then asked for the prescription so I could order one online and was also told no. I’ll now be ordering a placebo style lens online and paying even more just so he can keep trying. Complete waste of money and time.

I've had eye exams done here since I moved to Ballarat. The staff are very easy-going, and the optometrists are professional in their work.

I had to get two new pairs of glasses I told the bloke serving me that I sit in front of a computer all day and wanted the computer lenses that my old glasses had when I picked up my glasses they were just the office lens no special coatings. Due to an issue with the office lens they had me trial I decided to just go with single lens reading glasses I asked for the computer lenses again picked them and no blue light lenses fitted I have gone here for years and never had a problem with the girls assisting me. Myself and the other four glasses wearers I pay for will never go to this store again

Very pleased with the service, knowledge and friendliness of the team at OPSM Wendouree. Always get me sorted quickly and on budget.

Skilled options however very rigid with timing. Does not provide information on cancelling appointments and takes the privilege of cancelling appointments even if you ring them to say running late which they say there are, however when you turn up, it is a very different tone and service.
Would be great if they are upfront regards to policy when they are informed running late.

We would just like to give a huge thank you to Cindy for her customer service. From start to finish Cindy was amazing to deal with while dealing with my husband and his new reading glasses. Fantastic asset to OPSM.we will be back.

Terrible service, was asked to come in on Friday I come in and I'm told we haven't made an appointment with you, have to come in next week, waste of time,

I has had a few problems with my glasses from the team but has always been willing to help fix the problems.
