I have been attending Waurn Ponds OPSM for several years. Rowan Prendergast has been my optician each time. He is highly skilled and very professional. The testing instruments together with his informed analysis are the best anyone could expect. I have no hesitation in recommending Rowan's services.

Where to begin! The team here is awesome. Big thank you to Michael Zammit (optometrist) who was looking after my MOM's eye issues while she visited from overseas. Your kindness, patience, doing your job so amazingly well and professionally too has mom singing your praises.

I have been going to OPSM Waurn Ponds for the last 6 years and I have no plans of switching to others. Michael is always thorough and explains everything well regarding my eye health and prescription glasses. All the people assisting in the shop are always friendly and helpful. They also don't pressure or force anything on you. Nat is awesome too! I felt like shopping with friend when I was choosing my new frames and sunnies.:)

My first visit to OPSM went above any customer service I have ever experienced! All the staff at Waurn Ponds had a wonderful manner, the optometrist was thorough, experienced and had a great personality and the manageress ran off to buy me a huge box of chocolates, just because I was kept waiting 15 minutes, through no fault of their own. (Imagine if every doctor’s surgery did that…. They would have to buy shares in a chocolate factory!)
Never had such warm and personalized service, and cannot thank you all enough. Highly recommended for all members of the family.

My experience with Michael and Ping was amazing and very professional with their job. They were very attentive, understood what I needed and wanted. My eyes check went smoothly and Ping helped me out with choosing a frame which suits me price and style wise. Overall, I’m happy to return multiple times in the future. Thank you guys!
