OPSM Traralgon

I found the staff very pleasant, professional and well presented. Tosca was patient and helpful while I chose my frames and the store was lovely, clean and comfortable.
Will be back for my next pair.

The optometrist and staff were extremely professional and informative. The optometrist was very, very thorough and did everything possible to successfully find the reason for my eye issue.

The staff were very helpful assisting us to choose a second pair of glasses for my 6 yr old, the lady had a good way of working with kids, my son is a talker, and very confident, the staff member did a good job in keeping him focused,

As the annual review rolls around I think we all seek to make this happen as seamless and issue free as possible. This is now a regular experience for me at Traralgon. The staff are considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all time was taken to explain each outcome allowing me to make good judgements and plan going forward. If you need assistance with your eye health and/or glasses I can fully recommend the store.staff and service.

I had 3 staff members who were polite, considerate and helpful. The 2 young men who conducted tests were professional and explained the course of things very well.

Back in today 11/5/23 for eye test as noticed right eye blurred & yes need new glasses for both reading & distance.

I've been using OPSM for years. Today, they saw me in Traralgon very quickly as it was very important. I usually see Tony but today saw Hasnat, who was also excellent. Yes, I would recommend them, absolutely.

The optometrist was friendly and explained everything clearly. The ladies were very helpful when it came to choosing the frames and helped me understand all my options. I have been back for some minor adjustments and once again, couldn't fault the service I received.

I had my eyes examined at the beginning of May. I made an appointment to have my left eye checked as I felt there was a problem. Not only did she check my left eye, but both eyes thoroughly. She explained everything as we went, answered questions, and nothing was too much trouble. The optometrist was Ms Zoc Zhang, and I would Highly recommend her. Thank you. Julie Simcock

Was there to see about my irritated and red eyes and really liked the optometrist until they started losing focus talking about my eye health at the end of the consultation and started trying to tell me I should look at buying new frames (which I clearly stated I didn’t need new ones) until they finally just pushed me off onto one of the sales people and I felt really uncomfortable. It’s a shame because I thought I had found a good optometrist.

I ordered contacts at OPSM for the first time and the optometrist was awesome, after explaining I'd worn contacts for years he didn't beat me around the bush and he respected what I had to say. He was also very helpful when I said I was hoping to get my contacts within a certain timeframe - he moved my appointments as close together as he could to give me the best chance. The contacts were the best price I've ever paid and they arrived within two days of ordering them!

On holidays and my husbands glasses broke. OPSM fixed them no problem and within the hour!

Came down with a nasty eye bug, went to OPSM and was seen within the hour. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. They put me on some eye drops and I'm feeling much better. Great place!

I went in here about a month ago, December 2018, I needed some new glasses after getting a new prescription. I found two pairs (frames) that I wanted but waiting in the shop for over 10 minutes I didn't get any service. You know the add.should have gone to.well that is where I went and I got two pairs for the price of one.
