OPSM Pakenham

Recently needed an upgrade on my specs as my old pair were fairly scratched and the incorrect prescription. The team at OPSM Pakenham were outstanding in assisting me with my needs.
Excellent customer service and knowledge from the optometrist and the front counter assistant Karen.

In just 5 days my contact lenses and sunglasses had arrived and I am so stoked with the outcome!
Prior to this experience I have gone into OPSM at Fountain Gate for some after care on my seeing eye glasses, even the people there were more than happy to assist me with my needs whether I was a paying customer or not.
Working in retail customer service myself I could not be any more happy with my experiences with OPSM. Regardless of price you're getting premium quality product and even better quality customer service. 10/10 recommend their services and I will forever be a customer of there's from now on.

Kennth is an Excellent optometrist! Approachable, knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Really enjoyed my visit, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the pakenham community who would like their eyes tested.

Have been getting my eyes tested here for a number of years now. I used to go to Specsavers but felt like I was just a number and never managed to get the same Optometrist twice.

I feel very confident that Kenneth has my eye health as a priority and trust his advice.

Outstanding service yet again! Martin the optometrist was very thorough and and explained things very clearly and the dispensing staff made the difficult decision to choose a new frame very easy.
I have been wearing the new glasses for 2 weeks now and the vision is fantastic. Nice and clear with no distortion (I am very sensitive to changes in my prescription). The addition of the anti-reflection with blue light filter warms up my vision of my environment and makes my eyes feel less strained with the reduction of bright light and glare.

We visited recently to get my five year old's eye checked. The optometrist, Kenneth, was lovely and approachable. He took time to ask both myself and my daughter about potential vision issues and problems. He made the test fun and comfortable and approached my daughter in a warm and kind manner.

No glasses were needed but we were nonetheless provided with tips and advice regarding our concerns.

The overall experience was wonderful and, thanks to Medicare, didn't cost a cent.

I'd heartily recommend OPSM Lakeside, particularly if, like me, you'd like to get your little ones eyesight checked.

Nice pleasant experience with optometrist who explained everything fully to me. Always efficient service.
