After an initial examination and retinal scan revealed a cause for concern, I followed the optometrist's recommendation for a three-month follow-up. I felt relief after the second very thorough examination, which showed definite progress in resolution of the problem. The optometrist also identified and removed an eyelash that was causing irritation to the cornea in one eye. I highly recommend this service to anyone concerned about their eye health.

Highly recommend OPSM at Greensborough Plaza. The staff are highly professional and have exceptional customer service skills. They are very friendly, patient and respectful, caring and compassionate and give you the time of day.

All the staff are very helpful, friendly and obliging. The optometrists are really thorough and competent. Special mention to Sushweta who is amazing; she is thorough, genuinely cares and follows up on issues. I will always request her.

Lyn at OPSM Greensi is an asset to the team. She is personable, helpful, kind and professional. Made the entire experience worth it. I’ll stay a customer at OPSM because of her.

I was told it only took 2days for my contact lenses to arrive by my optician. After waiting for a week, I called the store to see if everything is ok. The girl who answered my call was rude and cold. Not sure she’s having a bad day or is just not in the mood to talk to a person who doesn’t speak English quite well at her level.

I have been an OPSM customer for decades. The optometrists explain changes to my eyesight in plain language. The sales staff are always helpful when it comes to assisting me to choose new frames.

There is no way to improve perfection, the staff are all fantastic, as a customer for around 20+ years, I intend to never go anywhere else. Joe does a thorough check and is delightful to deal with every single time, the ladies in the shop are always bright and friendly, with an excellent eye for the right style. I can not find any fault at all. Highly recommended

The optomist was professional and confirmed my current persciption was only in need of a minor correction.
The sales area, is a different story.
I was shocked to find that new spectacles would cost nearly $1100.00 when the new frame i had selected was only $260.00 of the total price.
I left without making a purchase.

Professional and kind staff with a beautiful range of frames. They have been looking after our whole family for many years.

Excellent service. Great assistance picking glasses to suit me and honest feedback when asked of them.

Was in and out effeciently and didnt have to wait long for my glasses to come in.

Unfortunately they couldnt adjust my glasses during lockdown so waiting until we can enter clinics again.

I do not recommend this store to anyone.
The Optometrist was great, but the service staff were slow and incompetent, I waited an hour and twenty minutes for someone to even acknowledge me after my eye test.
Spend your dollars elsewhere.

Kay was wonderful in helping trying to fit new prescription lenses in my old oakley sunglasses, but then when they couldn't do that Kay was helpful in choosing another pair and ensuring that the script was correct (it came back slightly off the first time).

Very disappointed with lack of service offered to my husband.
The young Staff member was very unhelpful, lack of knowledge & did not offer any assistance to a long time customer.
She also confirmed that the store manager would be contacting him, 4hrs later & still no call.
We will be shopping for a new optometrist store who cares about their customers. ; (

When the doctors would not see me face to face for a problem with my eye, you agreed to see me and I was given a thorough examination to determine the cause of the problem and thanks to the Receptionist and Shane my eye has started to improve.

Terrible. Twice they have got my prescription wrong. Most recently the left lens was totally out of focus. Went elsewhere and they got it right. My wife has also had problems here. Waste of time and didn’t even get a sorry from the staff.

They have a large selection of glasses and the staff are more then happy to help you with all your needs.

Hands down THE BEST OPSM branch ever! We'be been to many branches both in QLD and VIC, however never got the service we got here.
My husband and I both wear glasses and with high prescriptions we need super accurate measurements.
Kay who later we found out is also the branch manager, took very good care of us. Spent 2-3 hrs carefully measuring and re-measuring ensuring all is good.
When the lenses were fitted and we went back to try them on also she didnt rush through and made sure we were absolutely happy with it all.
There is so much more to explain we've dealth with this branch on a few occasions and re sunglasses, perscription glasses and lenses but really the experience has consistently been amazing.
