Oporto Wyndham Waters

I don't mind the long wait time and I don't mind the soggy chips, but a couple times now they've overcharged me.

What's good?
- half chicken w/ lemon and herb basting, spicy rice and a grilled corn
- double fillet bondi burger (although I got food poisoning the last time I had this)

The service is absolutely terrible they can’t understand proper english i ordered a lemon and herb snacka rappa and they came to my table with only lemon and herb sauce and i paid my money already every single time i go to oporto they always mess my order these apes cant do a simple job properly bunch of bumbaclarts

It took 2 seconds to get out order via drive through because everyone is at mcdonalds. Food is great and is very underrated

The worst store I would say due to lack of food prep, efficiency and handling customers. I had to wait closer to an hour to collect my online order of a single chicken and chips yesterday. Would not recommend going to this place due to how it operates. The pita bread was horribly cooked and I would have got much better one in a supermarket. Ordered the spiciest chicken and there was no flavour at all and no proper marination. Could see the half cooked chicken skin. I would have asked for a refund but due to the distance from my store I didn’t drive back. The worst store in Truganina.

The experience, the polite assistance, the assurance, the service was beautiful ️. My first time, I will definitely come again for the chicken

These guys don’t listen to what you order. You ask them you want extra sauce/basting, they will make sure DON’T get the extra sauce/basting.
Ask them to add guacamole, they won’t.

This has happened not just once, but multiple times at this location.

Opporto is generally pretty good but today they were under staffed, we ate in and they only had two staff working, they were preparing food and had to stop to take our orders. A thier staff member came back off his break as we were leaving.

I only eat one meal a day, the other day I went to Oporto because it wasn’t as busy as maccas, ended up getting food poisoning. When I told people where I ate, they were not surprised I became sick, multiple people I know became sick after eating at this Oporto, it must be the way they store/cook the chicken. Now I know why they are never busy.

Me and my mate love the food so much. The place was nice and chill. Will definitely go again

Amazing food love the most the whole chicken feed that comes up with extremo base and 2 extra garlic dips also serves with 2 pita bread and extra side as chips isn’t it amazing ️ love it

Food was cold, coleslaw smelled off and chicken looked old, will never order. Not worth spending $50 for this

Ordered a half chicken meal. Rice was cold and soggy. Chips were stale. Chicken wasn't marinated enough- barely had taste to it.
Wouldn't be a bad idea to give the dining area a clean also.

Very bad service. Staff doesn't attend customers at counter. Just gossiping and customers were waiting to be attended

Payed $18 for little cup of over cooked chips and smallest under cooked chicken (Quail) leg have ever seen.on top of that waited nearly 15min for it! 1st and last tym will ever have Oporto's again. Save ur money and go to macca's next door. Only reason no pic to back up review is not a big fan of taking pics of my food. Big no for me.

Great service! Had a drive through order and the lovely girl that served me was on point. Added extra Chili to my burger which was great considering I always forget to ask and was so polite, friendly and professional.

Keep up the great work team!

If I could give a zero I would the food was not fresh and so disgusting no love or passion put into the prep of this food slapped together and left to sit in the food warmer for who knows how long. Forgot the extra items on the burger and gave wrong sauce fries were also not fresh. $40 wasted

The quality of bun they are using is very cheap. I am pretty sure they are getting the cheapest buns from coles or woolies. Pathetic

I really like the halloumi and chicken wrap. Unfortunately the salad comes with too little chicken. Overall a decent place for a quick feed.

Ordered through menulog tonight. $150 of food. Missing an entire meal, 2 wrong drinks and missing dipping sauces for 2 orders of churros.
Called the store to be told to come and pick it up that they won't re-deliver, it wasn't possible for us to collect at the time hence why we ordered for delivery.
Refund request put in with menulog and will never order from there again.

I love Oporto very much. But what makes it so good. I believe it's the people who are making your burgers and so I would like to give a huge huge shout out to this joint who are very generous in their Oporto sauce basting. Unlike other stores like point cook, Lara, CBD, I have found this one to be the absolute best. We went their to try and see how a takeaway Oporto looks like and came away very happy with the burgers.
