Oporto Cranbourne South Drive Thru

Staff were friendly.
The food was cooked pretty well (just needed the pineapple to be grilled longer to get the caramelisation and then it would have been perfect!)
Nice seating at this location too.

Purchased bolas (popcorn chicken) and jalapeños bites.
Bolas were bland and uninteresting however the jalapeños bites were amazing!
Will definitely visit another store to get these again.
My issue with this store was that when I asked if they had anything ready to go (immediately) I was told yes they had food ready.
They did not.
They also presented me with a menu to choose from and then when I questioned why they charged me more than the stated price, they said it was an old menu and they were waiting for new ones.
Some great food, but at this particular store the customer service needs serious attention.

Don’t often go to Oporto and the lady behind the register was very patient with us.
The meals were hot and fresh, service was fast.

Forgot my burger in a single meal order. Came to replace it the next day and the shop is closed early with staff sitting around.

Yum Oportos! I love their chilli cheese fries. Great for that mid afternoon snack attack. My favourite has to be their double Bondi chilli burger with extremo chilli sauce

Very clean restaurant and the staff was very friendly, one of the best oporto branch in southeast melbourne!

Delicious Chicken salad. I always add extras. Bacon.pineapple.avocado and sometimes egg.

We ordered a two wrap meals at 11am on the 27/5. We didn’t receive our meal until 11: 50 that’s a 50 minute wait for two meals. They had only two people working. So ridiculous there was a lot of people that ended up walking out. The place was full of tradies on lunch break who were obviously annoyed because they had to go back to work. Uber drivers were also cancelling orders because it was taking so long. We walked out very annoyed.

Went to opporto at Cranbourne Frankston road, after tiring day of work to get some good and hot food but got served with cold food which is really disappointing and poor customer service, not happy at all, please better assign the good and cooperative person at the counter. Felt really bad.

We order three meals two Bondi wraps medium meals and Large Burger meal via the drive though service was quick and easy, that’s where the great service ended.
Got to the check out window and the lady with thick Indian accent repeated my order which was difficult to understand, but enough to work out she was confirming only two meals from the three ordered.
We waited 6 mins in the drive through, finally received meals.
We tucked into the meals, while out and about the chips were 3/5, the wraps were 4/5 but the burger was soggier than a supermarket microwave burger 1/5.
I also think I got ripped off because the chips we all the same size, I thought large meant large chips and drink…?
Think this is overpriced takeout!

Very expensive but if you can afford it eat in or take away very nice food & this shop is not to busy so the service is quick to chicken burger Halloumii a good burger to order & the Cheerio (forgive my spelling if I'm wrong) fantastic sweets

Probably the worst Oporto i have had.chips over cooked and in old oil. The triple bondi burger had 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken i have ever seen, a bit bigger than a chicken nugget. Overall poor service as well. Wont return to this one again

I have always loved this place but recently the customer service has tanked. I waited 5 mins to be served despite being the only customer in line and seeing there wasn't many orders waiting on their screens. The 2 foh girls were having a chat and didn't seem to notice me until one of the boh guys said something. Chicken nice but the worst salad I have had ever. I wont ever purchase from your store again. In fact any Oporto Chicken store. Very disappointed

In particular 'Gary' the Manager is very Customer friendly and always goes out of his way to make the Customer experience a memorable one. Hence why we keep going back to this place. Ordered a triple bondi with chili and no cheese as i cant eat it.cheese was added and no chilli.when i asked if i can take out the drink they said its not possible.i love oporto, not going back to this one.worse staff aswell.

Drive thru takes years to get your order, go somewhere else. In the drive thru line writing this review.
