Very unhelpful, don't check that drivers are picking up the correct order and when food doesn't arrive they tell you it's your problem to sort out.
Second time I have had an issue with this store and will not be back.
I really wish a Nandos would open within my delivery area.

I have come here 3 times at around 10: 00pm, and all 3 times they had turned their lights off and advised me they were closed, twice now I have advised them that online on Google it shows that they are open till 10: 30pm and they just played dumb saying they are not sure why.

This is very frustrating, because we go through the trouble to get out of our houses drive here and not be served, and they don’t even bother to update their hours. Unfortunately because it has happened more than 2 times and the third time now I have to give 1 star, even though I like the food it’s always fresh

Why you guys closed 40 minutes before the closing time, i came from very far and still 40 minutes left to the close restaurant. Even you not tells the customer that restaurant is closed now, this is so annoying…

Exceptional manners and customer service from the team of staff there every visit, a cut above the service seen at other fast food restaurants.

The wife likes it, gets me into her good books pretty easy on a bad day, so I like it too.

As always, The absolute best service I ever had in any oporto store. The staff is very friendly, food gets ready in time and is always fresh Even the chips, super clean store, nice music, everything you can ask. I haven't met the manager, but thanks to management and staff. We are tradies and work around, will keep coming back. 10/10 in everything.

I like burgers. But want to talk about hygiene of this place. Once in while Clean floor of dine in area. It's sticky floor since I came first time during covid.
Your shoes stick to the floor while you walk so feel it.

Opened up my wrap to it ripped and all of the ingredients of the wrap falling out, couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away, this would have been seen when it was being wrapped up

I try chicken and it’s overcooked. When I asking for replace it then the staffs are not supportive. Very bad experience….

Did not get all my food and would not do anything to accommodate me to make it that I would have food that would be edible

I love their burgers, but this time I had a chicken salad which was just regular in taste. I hope it was flavourful.

Ordered through UBEREATS. Arrived at my home relatively fast. Chips were cold. Bondi wrap was drenched in sauce that it was unenjoyable and I wasn’t able to taste other condiments.

Kids meal advised it would come with crayons and a Kids-O bag and nothing was included - disappointing for a child who was looking forward to this surprise with his meal.

Chicken salt on cold chips tasted nice, at least.

The chicken is ok. Nothing spectacular. The 'chicken strips' are actually miniature schnitzels and they are AMAZING. The service is great

Maybe change ur closing hours from 10pm to 9: 40pm, if you're going to lock people out at 9: 40?

A bit slow and they forgot my chips came to buy after visiting family and whole family was disappointed

Love the green goddess vegan salad. Tasty.
Though the staff does forget cutlery or salad dressing or something else on the order everytime…. Check your bag before you drive away.

Great food, always hot and fresh, been coming here often and never been let down. Service is efficient and friendly too, never been made to wait too long.

Often choose to come here instead of some of the other take away places in the area due to their consistently good food and quick service.

Update 2022- still great service!

Plz dont order on uber plz i order 3 time but I think this is my last order. I never get on time they always say uber driver not available but today i saw 3 driver waiting there for my order but they very slow and they all canceled so plz don't do mistakes order with this lazy people.

Worst Oporto experience I've ever had. Ordered a Bondi Burger and the chicken was tough, chewey, discoloured and lumpy. It ended up in the bin it was that bad. The roll was also stale and broke apart. Left a comment on the Oporto website and didn't even get contacted. Really disappointed by Oporto on this one especially as it's a favourite take away.
