Very good eat-in presentation. Very nostalgic and good music. They let me park in their store, one-off. Taco Bell was
mean to me which put me off their food.

Decent Oporto. Often the taste is fine but the burgers are a little sloppily presented.

Staff are generally polite, though sometimes there's a relatively long wait, even though I'm the only one in line.

Excellent service, clean and tidy place, no hassle in ordering and always friendly staff.
Food quality is great chips are good.
Perfect for lunches or dinner.

Food was poor, chicken on the salad was chewy and cool, suggesting that it was cooked in a hurry. Only 2 tables were occupied so unsure of what the hurry was.
Service at Tue counter was pleasant and friendly with a good suggestion for meal deal.
Good ambience and plenty of seating, clean and hygienic with lots of parking just outside the door.

I went there this month after couple of months and quality and services got worst compare before.

I ordered a large side of kale and edemame salad with my chicken they gave me a cup of undressed slaw with 2 fork fulls of the actual salad on top! I feel very conned I didn't want slaw! I won't be going back!

We ordered two chicken chilli fries with avocado. After waiting 30 minutes and having 2 other people who ordered after us get there ordered first. We saw our food sit for 15 minutes and the server only got the food once I went up to ask where it is. After this absurd process we checked our food before leaving and he didn’t even add the avocado to the meal and tried to accused us of lying. After explaining that we most definitely did, and were willing to show him the receipt he got frustrated and slammed the avocado on the counter. Disgusting service.

I ordered chicken rappa - it’s fresh, tasty, and it always hit the spot in this branch. This branch is always clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend giving it a try!

GET RID of the chicken skin it was grossly under cooked! YUCK. Then the sauce would cook nicely into the chicken meat. Where did you hide the sauce? I asked for lots of sauce, where did it go? Chicken was abit dry, keep it well wrapped in fridge before cooking straight away on high heat. Only 50/50. So don't bother.

The restaurant and amenities were fairly clean.

Oporto Altona North has good food, but their fries can be hit or miss. On some visits, the fries are cold and it's clear they have been refried. Despite this, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit.

Guys, if I go through the drive thru and you served me still-frozen in the middle jalapeno poppers, and I Have to physically do a U turn, park my car, enter the shop and raise the complaint.that's when you should really go above and beyond to resolve the problem.

Instead the best I was offered was the 2 pieces of chicken n dip worth $4.which is infact LESS than what I paid for the FROZEN jalapeno poppers.

AND then you had me waiting for an additional 5 minutes while you go ahead and serve new customers coming into the store!

I was very disappointed when all you really gave me was the 2x small pieces of chicken tenders. I genuinely thought you would take care of the situation and throw in a couple of extras, or maybe complimentary chips on the side? I dunno.just something to help the issue?

Technically, you have actually cheated me of my money.

A step up from the usual fast food. Quick, affordable and fresh. Indoor seating is a bit limited.

Tasteless, uncooked food. Had Halloumi rappa today. Food was not cooked properly and by giving instructions to add extra mayo and other dressing wrap was tasteless. Won’t go again!

Almost never you’ll get the items you ordered. One or more item are missed. As this happens most of time I can’t think this is a mistake!

Been here a few times. Mostly good quality oporto meals.
Service good. Store layout not bad.
Plenty of parking.

I often talk about this place and tell ppl to try this it’s just a so good! Try the chicken tenders… you will see what I mean,

Great place for date night, sit in, before going to the cinema after, 1min drive away. No need to rush your timing for the movie start.

My first time every having Oporto. I was really surprised at the quality, the freshness and the flavour. Yummy as.
