I ordered the food and waited for more than 20 minutes and later on the lady called me that they have sold out the food that i wanted worst customer service ever never going there again

I asked the lady at the register if it would be possible to get a cup of tap water and she yelled in my face and screamed slurs at me. I have 2 younger children who were standing beside me and have now been exposed to such despicable behaviour. I will not be coming back

Beautiful chicken with unique signature flavour. We really enjoyed, haven't eaten since before Covid. The special taste took us back to 2019.

Pretty appalling to arrive at 5pm be ignored for 3 minutes while staff clean to be told they are closed. 30 minutes before they should be. Save your time and avoid terrible customer service and your time being wasted.

Dreadful. Waited 20minutes with only two people ahead of me. Staff left my order sitting there on bench, she walked past it 5 times! Never again!

Have ordered from here a few times, but never again. They never have anything in stock, orders are always wrong, chips are soggy, food is generally cold and for a place that does only chicken, it's really laughable that they never have chicken in stock. Compared to other oportos (Especially Roxburgh Park, which is amazing) this is the worst one in Melbourne, steer well clear of it. Save your money and go to a restaurant that charges same prices for better food. Should be closed down.

Got here at 5: 05 on a wednesday (trading hours is till 5: 30pm).
Greeted by the staff and I proceeded to order some grill chicken. She said 'no chicken, we are about to close', then she just stand there on her phone.

What a DISGRACE of an experience! My starving child was excited to finally eat after 8 hours of piano lessons, however when we ordered a BONDI burger meal, we were met with the disappointment of an overcharged OPREGO meal. That is a loss of $5!
Suddenly the humongous box of chips we were promised, dwindled down to a minuscule, microscopic single cup of sad fries. According to Charles Darwin, this was a VARIATION in what we originally ordered. Such a disappointing meal my child will ever receive. Even the royal childrens hospital food is better than whatever abomination we were met with. The customer service was humiliating. Ive never seen my sons face go so redbefore. Even though I agree fast food workers are necessary for the well-being of our economy, I disagree with the fact that Oporto’s managers should be hiring any more employees. I am speechless. My son will no longer be able to Rest In Peace️

I just had dinner here and staff were amazing and friendly working in a very busy period. The food was so fresh, I'll definitely be going back!

So I had gone down to Oporto with my dad to go get some Bondi burgers, My dad ordered me a small Bondi burger without chilli sauce and him a regular double Bondi, I was reallllllllly hungry so I was happy to have stopped here. Instead of a small Bondi burger they gave me a double! But I was very happy cause it turns out that was how much it took to fill my stomach, as a small wouldn’t have done it. Very great experience, kind workers, fully cooked food.

I was here March 12,2022 at 3.15pm. I ordered two double bindi burgers and they were both terrible, full of oil and burnt chicken. The best orporto is the one in Roxburgh Park

Wouldn’t bother having it from here again. Paid for pineapple to have only two pieces in my wrap and my sister got zero. If you like soggy chips you will be happy with these. Otherwise go next door to McDonald’s

Perhaps stick to normal menu meals, not ‘meal deals’ as they seem to skimp on ingredients. Ordered the Bondi meal deal and I had to literally open the bun to check if there was chicken in it because it just felt like I was biting into a bun with a little shriveled lettuce. Even when I opened the bun I thought they forgot the chicken, but then saw a piece so small and flat hidden under the minuscule lettuce and chili sauce.

Terrible experience. Ordered veggie raps they handed me one veggie and chicken rap. Manager did not want to fix it until.securtiy came and resloved the matter. What a service where security had to be called to be served what we asked for. Very fussy and arrogant owner (guy served us claimed to be the owner of the store). Staff needs to listen the customers to avoid mistakes with the order. No receipt was given to me staff said to me that everything is on the screen you don't receipt. I had to asked couple of times for receipt.

Rocked up at 5PM, they close at 5: 30PM, we asked if they had any small meals ect, employee Montana just looked at us really annoyed, pulled out a menu (there was none on the table prior) and said “we don’t have any chicken, we don’t have any…” (can’t remember what else she said they didn’t have) and then said “ and we close in 30 minutes”. Like it’s going to take us 30 minutes to order a meal?
Employee Montana is in major need of customer service training/be a decent human being training.

Missed half the order. Received missing items some were incorrect, when I tried to get fixed what was incorrect I was given grief about it. Finally sat down to eat. Burger was disgusting could not do more than 3 bites. Bun was stale, chicken was bland and overly oily. Both chicken and bacon were very over cooked. Overall terrible. Will not be back to any Oporto location.

Absolutely horrible experience, food took VERY VERY long, staff were huddled up chatting away instead of working, I've had to return twice cause they couldn't get my order correct, staff looked like they didn't want to be there and untrained.

I love what opporto has been offering and this is one of my best place to be on lunch breaks.
Chicken strips are must to try with hot sauce.
Just a request, I have been recently finding chicken breast bit over cooked, dry and hard to chew. If you could take on consideration with that rest is awesome.
I frequently come to try chicken here, would be happy to edit my review and give 5 stars if I taste it as before.
I recommend here though!

This place is great for a quick lunch time bite.the food is tasty, some of the staff are friendly but some just never smile.

The Oporto Rewarda Program is fantastic and certainly rewards you with better dollars per point than most other restaurant chains.

I often enjoy the Oprego Burger, with large chips & a vanille coke, sometimes with 3 chicken strips.
