I ordered a wrap and got chicken and chips instead. Staff are argumentative and did not correct the order

Hi, I have just ordered a vegan wrap at Narre warren and the girl (wearing glasses) at the counter is so damn rude. Not even waiting for you to answer for something. Store is not at all busy and when I asked her that I will give you a change she didn’t wait and just closed the register. Also giving rude response when you’re asking anything.

Also the wrap is totally cold and feels like they haven’t even warmed up the same.

Not worth it

I got chicken, chips and coleslaw delivered. They put the coleslaw on the bottom of the box and chips and chicken on top. Chips were then cold and soggy. That cost $23! Never again Aporto!

Bondi Burgers were really nice, and the customer service was good, but not sure why they burnt the $7 for 3 crispy chicken tenders.my 4 year old could recognise how burnt they were as soon as he saw them.

Staff has no manners how to deal with customer's request. They just served the throw back food ignoring and refusing the requests made.

I return back to store on saturday to give a second chance after bad experience last year and not shocking.the service still poor and food still bad quality.shammmeeeee.

I don't know if this is how all Oportos are nowadays or if it's just the Fountain Gate one, but today I was served a Strips n Chips Pack that was more like a Blobs n Buckets Greasy Bag. They didn't serve it in the nice little box that keeps it neat when eating, the chicken was messy, oily, greasy malformed blobs that had obviously been deep-fried rather than grilled, served in a second bag inside the main bag through which they were swiftly leaking, and the wooden fork I was given snapped immediately. About the only thing that worked out okay was the chip bucket they threw in there. Will not be eating there again, and will be watching the output at any future Oporto establishments I might peruse before buying. To Oporto corporate: Don't bother replying with boilerplate, get down there and give your franchisees or whatever an earful. It looked like it was being run by the owner's kids.

Service was basic. Large burger meal was $20. Burger was very small for the cost but did taste good. Large chips was very large and fresh. Would have given 4 stars if the burger wasn't bite sized.

Waiting times to get served are on average 5 minutes. Front of house staff go out back and avoid serving. Customer service I experienced today was below average.

Worst restaurant ever.do not go there.the manager Mishi is obnoxiously rude and arrogant.they give dry burger which look absolutely nothing like what they advertised.just avoid wasting your time and money there.worst decision ever to visit then

I ordered a Bondi Burger meal with their chilli sauce. The edges of the chicken fillets were burnt, but the spicy chilli sauce and the mayo kind of blocked out the burnt taste. So it still tasted alright. It wasn’t a W Burger.

Would not recommend this store they have really bad customer service past 2 times I’ve come to this store I’ve had a bad experience I brought a wrap and it was horrible it was all broken and I was unable to pick it up that’s how sloppy it was!

Chips and chicken not cooked properly, manager blame customer that we order wrong.zero customer service and luck of knowledge, waste of money Even one star is not suitable for them, if you curving oporto repeat ur order check before u eat

Food was bland and not like other Oportos. Chips not seasoned and chicken hadvery little taste.

I was discriminated against and laughed at by one of the staff on register, (this wasn’t the first time this girl has given attitude to not only me but multiple other people) and given yucky burnt food. The least you could do after abusing and humiliating me LADY, is give me some decent food sheesh! Is there no decency taught here!

Salad was old and not eatable. When I asked staff about it was told we don't cut the salad it has a expiry date for 4 days. Onions were stinking.

Decent service but little bit of a muck around. Foods alright but pretty expensive for what it is.

The manger is very nice and was happy to solve an issue and the workers always tell me hacks to save money, very good service

26/2/22 Was served the toughest, dry chicken qtr and soggy chips. Took it back and was told by the manager that they were following the recipe. No apologies OR offer to replace with another dish. I left the food at the counter for them to do whatever they pleased. Wasted $15. Oporto what you have to remember is that you are not the only halal chicken outlet. KFC across from you is halal and there were 100s of people at their counter. Will be talking to consumer affairs on Monday.

28/2/22 Received a call from Oporto wanting to know what had taken place at their Fountain Gate S/c outlet. Manager was going to talk to the person who served me on the day.still waiting!

The girl serving me was fine until I went up there and then asked to see my receipt and to go back to my table to find it. Even though she was the same girl that served me 2 minutes ago… “just to make sure” but didn’t check others so I felt very discriminated by this interaction won’t be going back.
Food was ok but nothing amazing
