My husband loved the coffee very much and I hope they bring back the ube waffle - today we enjoyed ube lava cake (bit too heavy for brunch for me but still delish) fan fave French toast and the pandan porridge. I also had the kaya matcha latte which was so good!

Very nice menu, modern and very tasteful. You can’t change anything on the menu tho, if you want sweet potato chips you need to order the dish that comes with the sweet potato chips, in my opinion is a bummer, but I enjoy the food and coffee there.

Such a warm and welcoming environment. Very tasty breakfast and coffee. I love the service at this place they always takes care of their guests to offer the best. This place is indeed perfect for studying and chilling out. I just want to keep coming back to this place. Thank you!

Very good place with different items on the menu. I had the eggs Benedict and it was surprisingly good. The service was great, people were very friendly and kind.

A cute little place in Wills Street, that gets packed very quickly, so it is better to book a table; however, they were kind enough to accommodate us as walk-in.

We ordered the following breakfast options, with flat white & Cold brew coffee:

Smashed Avocado - On multigrain toasts with yuzu dressing, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, edamame and toasted sesame seeds

Chilli Omelette - Open omelette with Balado chilli relish, smoked flake, sourdough toast and herb oil

Loved the freshness of the ingredients. Food was nicely presented, and healthy! Friendly staff, and super quick.

Definitely coming back to try more of their breakfast options.

I ordered the teriyaki mushrooms with polenta plus a matcha latte. The mushrooms were on the salty side and there was too much of the sauce that I had to push it to one side. The ingredients were incredibly generous. The latte was cute and I note others have commented on the strange taste - I would say it's an acquired taste and some may or may not enjoy it. I certainly did and enjoyed the lovely art that came with the cuppa.

I would be open to going back and trying other dishes and perhaps having my mind changed with my rating too. Asian fusion brunch cafes - we need more of them!

I now understand why this place always gets mentioned in recommendations for Melbourne brunch - the food and coffee is excellent, and staff are welcoming and friendly even during busy times! The menu gets refreshed with new items with intriguing flavour combos as well as has reliable brunch staples to keep drawing regulars back in. The interior decor is also quite warm and love the posters with cutesy puns. There are also outdoor tables, and this is a fairly quiet and peaceful pocket inside the Melbourne CBD, so it's a nice place to sit. I would definitely go here again.

Coffee was good however the brunch options are very limited. We had mala duck and Balinese pork burger however the flavors in both these dishes were lacking. Very bland for Asian fusion. Almost as if they were confused about how far they wanted the Asian flavors to go and settled on a mediocre midpoint in flavors to cater to a large market. Very disappointing and could've been a lot better. I remember visiting this cafe back on 2018 when it still felt like a cafe. Won't be returning.

Definately the best brunch spot in CBD. Unfortunately there's always a long queue, we were lucky to get a booking for 8 ppl.

The hodjicha latte is always my favourite and it is SO good. Lovely atmosphere and a great place to hang out on the weekend.

Quick service but overpriced and food disappointing compared to reviews. 10% surcharge on weekends is a rip off. Had the mushrooms and polenta and the polenta was awful and lumpy and cold in places. Partner had the chilli omelet was average and the chilli sauce not nice.

First impressions were excellent. The cafe is well decorated, great atmosphere and impeccably clean. Service was instant, and very friendly with each interaction by different staff members. Finally, the food was great! My coffee was very quick and breakfast was brought out soon after, very short wait. No complaints at all.
Coffee was maybe a little mild by my standards, but it was made will and tasted great. Definitely recommended!

Great brunch/coffee spot in the CBD. Brunch menu is Asian influenced but also has some classics. Very good food and coffee. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely love this place. Was there for brunch and catch up with friends. The staff are very friendly, the food and drinks are great. I had matcha latte and pulled pork, my friends had Mala duck udon and Egg on toast with avocado. They are all amazing. Will come back again with no doubt. We enjoyed.

I have not been here since 2019 and just visited the shop last week. The drink is good as always. The atmosphere is cool. However, the food is average. We ordered chilli scramble eggs with octopus. The taste is very weird and smell fishy, the toast was very hard and dry too. Besides, the Balinese pork burger is not good. The pork texture is chewy and dry. Very strong onion flavour and the food were cold when serving. The only thing I ate were sweet potato fries. Hope the restaurant will upgrade the food quality and be more creative in combining ingredients

Great place for coffee, I loved their salmon aburi and teriyaki mushrooms, a bit over priced but worth a try.

The good - The food is exceptional.
The bad - After waiting 50 minutes for food, we expected the server to ensure everyone was done before clearing up the table. Not the case, a single person was left feeling rushed as the server cleared plates from other 3 people. That is extremely rude. If we are happy to wait 50 minutes for a table of 4, a venue should be in a position to allow 5 minutes extra to ensure everyone is done before clearing the table. Little Things count.

Nice servers and the food was quite nice. The corn fritters were on the heavy side. However if you eat it with the tomato chutney and salsa it helps with the heaviness from the corn fritters. It was a pity we couldn't substitute the poached eggs with scrambled eggs and we had to buy an extra scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs were not nice at all. There was no flavour to it at all. Please season the scrambled eggs considering we're paying for it as an extra. Otherwise the food was quite enjoyable.
