Misleading. Friendly but when you get here to buy a product you get turned away because they’re not open to public.
Ordered from them as they shoed they had stock available and the rest of the online stores had to order stock in. Took nearly 2 weeks just to get order dispatched from their warehouse! Tried to call in order to colelct stock as I was desperate to get this but customers are not allowed to collect stock from their warehouse.
Happy with the product we have received just not communication and the order process as there is a different excuse every time you follow up
started with dealing with a high volume of orders and they will get to mine, then they said they are moving, 3rd time I got told courier left for the day but will be on next shipment out, when followed up the 4th time they had a power failure? Once the courier got the parcel it was express shipped
Over priced shipping, took too long to arrive and all produces are cheaper if you look elsewhere online, even eBay has the same products with free shipping cheaper! Don't get ripped off shopping here!
Friendly and helpful staff and good product quality. But shipping is overpriced!
