Spoke with the receptionist and explained what I wanted. I was told that someone would get back in touch with me. Have heard nothing further from them after 2 weeks! Obviously, they don't want my business. Definitely not recommended.

I highly recommend Jane and opal Immigration Services for Australian visa purpose. Jane delt with my visa application in a very professional and responsible way. There were instances where many of my results got expired on deadline. The situation got worsened due to covid lockdown and restrictions as I couldn't get my valid results on time. My partner and I had a terrible experience with Jane Elliot - in my view, people like her should not be working in immigration (or anything related to human services). With Opal, you pay upfront and if the service is poor, there is no recourse so you are stuck with your agent for the duration of your visa application. I know this is normal with immigration services but its really unfair if the service (including the human factor of treating people with respect) is not up to scratch. At one point early on, we were unable to travel due to visa restrictions so went in to discuss this with Jane.she spent the first twenty minutes telling us about her wonderful recent holiday in Japan and showed absolutely no care for our situation at all. She was rude on email, took forever to reply (if at all) and made my partner feel sub human. As an immigration agent, she is completely in a position of power and exuberates her entitlement rather than partner with you through this difficult time. I really do not understand why there are so many positive reviews here. I would definitely seek help elsewhere and all the best with your visa application - its a tough journey without the additional stress from people who are meant to be helping you.
